I highly recommend Chris Parnell from Funding Friends. Quite frankly, we needed a miracle and Chris delivered!
During our initial conversation, I explained the background to our new development project, our overall financial position, and our need to raise funds against our existing property investments. Chris quickly understood our situation and proposed a solution that, at the time, I didn’t even realise was an option.
He was instrumental in securing the finance, skilfully coordinating the required surveys and working closely with the solicitor and the bank to ensure all conditions were met quickly.
Chris really knows his stuff. His communication was prompt throughout, and he was patient and clear in explaining the process from start to finish. Without Chris’s expertise, the process would not have moved forward or completed on time. Excellent service, definitely 5 stars!

Lisa Walls-Hester was amazing. Really supportive and clear, and helped a lot to keep everything moving along. Her credible relationships with lenders and knowledge really helped us to find the right lender to work with.

Nathan Foster was absolutely brilliant and without him we would not have achieved purchasing our property and the business. Actually when Nathan called us we were almost about to finalise another broker with half minded because we had no other option. His call came out of the blue rescuing us from confusion and didn’t look back since then. Amazed with his positive energy and cheerful conversations right from the beginning until we succeed in our purchase. He quickly secured a mortgage for our situation which other brokers couldn’t get near the rate and fees we managed to secure. In the world of brokers who never share their mobile number and only let you to reach on the office line, Nathan shared his mobile number from the initial call and was ALWAYS there when we got a question. Nothing was too much trouble he was in constant contact. Our situation and purchase was let down by most of the broker companies and senior firms leaving us with no options for about 2 months but Nathan did it with all possible ways he could and completing our purchase with no issues is indeed his big achievement. For anyone reading this I highly recommend speaking to Nathan before you finalise a deal with anyone else. He make things happen. there was nothing he would not do to assist us. Towards the end of the purchase we were short of funds and Nathan did all he could to up the mortgage money from the lender, so grateful to him forever. He took so much stress off of our shoulders in getting this deal on the table and seeing it through to the end. He is always available, always helpful and always in a good mood. He has a can-do attitude to his work and the most capable and impressive mortgage brokers we have ever worked with.

It’s a shame that we couldn’t leave this review since last 4 months due to whirlwind of work that unfolded after purchase, sorry and thank you very much Nathan. All the best for your career.
