Overall, I've had a really positive experience with Funding Predicts. The evaluation process was straightforward, the rules were clear, and everything was handled professionally. Customer service was responsive whenever i had questions, and the service has been easy to use. I appreciate the transparency and would definitely recommended them to other traders looking for an evaluation.

I will update when I get a payout. I like that there are a lot of markets and options of predictions to make. You can pretty much find anything especially on NFL.

My experience with Funding Predicts was very disappointing. The platform became extremely laggy at a very sensitive point during my trading, which is the last thing you want when timing matters. I needed the system to be reliable, and it simply wasn’t. What made it worse was the support afterwards. I tried to get help, but the overall support was unresponsive and I was left frustrated without proper answers.

Because of that experience, I started looking into the company more carefully, and there are several things I think potential customers should know before paying.

The biggest one is the difference between the marketing and the actual terms. Funding Predicts uses language about trading with company capital and live Polymarket events, but its own legal disclosures say the accounts are simulated and non-executing and do not actually connect to a real Polymarket account, order book or funds. That is a very important distinction, and I think customers should understand it before buying a challenge.

The refund rules also deserve careful attention. Once a challenge is activated through trading, the fee is non-refundable under the company's terms. There are also broad conditions around account termination, prohibited trading, KYC, audits and payouts. These may simply be contractual rules, but customers should know exactly what they are agreeing to.

I would also be cautious about the payout history. Funding Predicts is still a very new company, so there isn't a long independent track record showing how it handles large numbers of traders, withdrawals and disputes over time. I found positive reports about payouts, but also a recent customer complaint about an alleged missing payout and poor support. The company responded to that complaint, but that alone doesn't establish how the matter was ultimately resolved.

The Trustpilot rating looks impressive at first, but the profile is still relatively small and recent, and Trustpilot itself indicates that the reviews may not be representative. I'm not saying the positive reviews are fake because I found no evidence proving that. I simply wouldn't use a young Trustpilot profile as proof of a long-established track record.

I also noticed that the company's published Delaware address is associated with a corporate-services provider. That doesn't prove anything improper, but it did make me want more clarity about the company's actual operating presence and corporate structure.

The terms also contain binding arbitration, a class-action waiver and liability limitations. Again, I'm not saying those provisions are illegal. They are simply important terms that I think customers should understand before paying.

There are positives too. Funding Predicts appears to be a real operating business, has published legal information, and has a publicly announced investment relationship with MyFundedFutures. I also did not find a confirmed government enforcement action establishing fraud or illegal activity by Funding Predicts.

But that doesn't change what happened to me.

A laggy platform during an important trading moment, unresponsive support, limited operating history, limited independent payout history, strict refund rules, broad termination conditions and the gap between the marketing impression and the detailed simulated-trading terms have left me with serious concerns.

I personally felt that the service I received did not match the reliability and support I expected. It also made me concerned about what I would describe as a potential bait-and-switch between how the service is presented and what the detailed terms actually provide.

I'm sharing my own experience, not claiming that every customer will have the same one. I also won't call the company a scam or fraud without evidence establishing that.

My advice is simple: read the actual terms before paying, understand exactly what “funded” means here, understand the refund and payout conditions, and don't rely on the Trustpilot rating alone.

After my experience, I would personally be very cautious about using Funding Predicts, especially for trading where platform stability and timely support actually matter.

Having the system become unreliable at an important moment seriously affected my confidence in the platform.What made the situation worse was the support experience. When I needed help and tried to get answers, the overall support was unresponsive. I expected a trading platform that takes people's money to provide meaningful assistance when something goes wrong, especially when the issue involves the platform itself. Instead, I was left frustrated and without the level of support I expected.After looking more carefully into Funding Predicts, I also found several things that I believe potential customers should understand before paying.The company describes itself as a simulated proprietary trading platform, and its own terms make clear that the accounts are simulated and non-executing. That is important because some of the marketing language can give a much stronger impression of actually trading with company capital and live prediction-market activity. I would strongly recommend reading the legal terms rather than relying only on the promotional wording.The refund terms also deserve attention. According to the company's terms, an unactivated challenge can be eligible for a refund within 48 hours, but once a challenge has been activated by trading, the fee becomes non-refundable. The company also has broad rules concerning account termination, prohibited trading activity, KYC and payout conditions.The payout history is another area where I would be cautious. Funding Predicts is a very new business, so there is not yet a long independent track record showing how it handles large numbers of traders, disputes and withdrawals over time. There are positive customer reports about fast payouts, but there is also at least one recent one-star Trustpilot review from a customer who said they did not receive a payout and criticised the support. Funding Predicts responded and offered to investigate, but that response by itself does not prove how the dispute was ultimately resolved.The Trustpilot rating also needs to be viewed in context. The profile currently has only around 55 reviews, with roughly 96% five-star reviews and 2% one-star reviews. Trustpilot itself says the company has no recent history of asking customers for reviews and warns that the reviews may not be representative. I am not saying the positive reviews are fake.
