Well, I'm going to be honest with you. I am not a big fan of the high cost of borrowing money from Fundo, and definitely not a fan of the ridiculous fees. That said, I can't possibly be more satisfied with the Fundo people and process. My tax refund, which is significant this year is delayed because of an item I overlooked. I found myself short on cash and needed a bridge loan to get me through. I plan on paying this loan off as soon as I receive my refund. For that reason this process was easy and no hassle at all. A bank or traditional loan source is very hesitant to lend to courier drivers unless your credit score is in the mid 700s or higher. And, I don't own my home but rather rent. I also appreciate that they consider me a VIP now and offer me lower rates and quicker turn around. Start to finish was less than 8 hours until the money was deposited. So I made my April 2nd obligation and am good to go. Just pay your bill every week and they will help you in time of your emergency. As a gig worker they treat you just like a regular worker rather than denying you immediately because of the nature of my income source. I am an unconventional wage earner with the same needs and money issues as anybody else. And Fundo treats you with that respect. This time, my third loan in two years, everything was done electronically. NO HUMAN live interaction at ALL! That, I love.

Again, the rates and fees are ridiculous, but this time they were much less because I have proven to them that I will pay them promptly every week. That is what you have to do, AND pay off the loan ASAP to save on those costs. AND, the costs of these loans is NOT a worth while tax deduction considering how much the federal mileage rate is at this moment. But check with your tax professional to see what is best for your situation.

I was approved for a Merchants’s loan pretty quickly. I was impressed with how quick I was approved.

This is my 2nd cash advance. It is expensive. They were somewhat accommodating in getting me approved for advance #2. Abby was a pleasure to deal with.
I’m a full-time rideshare driver and make between $7,000.00-$8,000.00 a month.
The reason I give 3 stars on this review is the following:
#1 It’s expensive - 1st advance, I borrowed $600 on 1/6/25, but received $515.00 (after processing fees). I’ve made $570.50 in payments, but my payoff amount is $740.00 as of 3/7/25.

#2 - The heater in my vehicle went out, the repair will cost me $1800.00. I contacted Fundo for help and the max they would offer me is $1,200.00 and after fees I’m supposed to receive $1,000.00. I accepted that on 3/7/25, and it will cost me somewhere around $3,350.00 in repayments at $144.00 a week.

I was supposed to receive same-day funding on advance #2, just like I received same-day funding on advance #1 (advance #1 credited to my account just a few hours after approval). Advance #2 was processed and approved on 3/7/25 well before the 3:00pm est cut-off time. $1,000.00 was deposited in my account on 3/10/25 when I should have received it on 3/7/25.
Overall, “okay” company if you’re a rideshare driver in a bind without good credit for a traditional personal loan.

Took an entire week to get funded and because it did i lost out on a big time contract which was the whole reason i took the funding to begin with. Very dissapointed after such a positive first round.

Very high rates that are not explicitly stated at the time of the contract. They approve a value and then there are numerous discounts and the deposited amount is different. Don't do it.

Application was easy, customer services is great and Angie is a great and pleasant person to work with.

I have not received funds. Paid extra for same day.

The process of completing the application went smoothly. I am impressed with the efficiency of the website and communication of the company. As an owner of a small house cleaning company I am appreciative of the funding to help in my upgrade of equipment.
