I ordered a memorial poster for my mom's celebration of life, the bottom letters of her name were cut off (ex Y, G) this is a rookie move, someone should have caught this and re-set the bottom typeface smaller. In addition the $28 shipping was not needed but none the less, you have to pay, it shipped UPS ground which is cheaper. So their making money on the shipping, definitely would not recommend

You are absolutely right that the bottom of your mother's name should not have been cut off, and we understand how disappointing and frustrating that must have been, especially for such an important occasion. This was our mistake, and we take full responsibility for it.
As a gesture of our apology, we will be issuing you a full refund for your order.
We would also like to mention that had we been contacted immediately upon receiving the poster, we would have gladly corrected the error and rushed a replacement to you at no additional cost. We regularly reprint and overnight replacement orders when a production issue occurs because we want every family to receive a memorial piece they can be proud of.
Regarding shipping, we do not ship orders via UPS Ground. Our shipping options are either, 2-Day and Overnight services, and the shipping charges reflect those expedited delivery methods to ensure memorial items arrive in time for services and celebrations of life.
We are truly sorry that we fell short of your expectations on this order. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and regret that we did not have the opportunity to make it right before your event. Let us know if you have any questions. We are here to help every step of the way.
Paid Extra For Overnight Service...took 4 days!
I chose FuneralPrints.com specifically because they advertised overnight delivery, which was critical after my mother-in-law passed away. I ordered a photo collage on Friday and paid extra for Saturday delivery because it was part of a framed memorial piece needed for the funeral. Saturday came and went—nothing. I called and left a message. Sunday, nothing. I called and left a message. Monday, still nothing. When I called customer service on Monday, I actually spoke to a live person who said they weren’t sure what happened but could “expedite it at no extra charge.” No extra charge?? I had already paid a premium for overnight service, yet it arrived three days late and caused enormous stress while we were traveling for the funeral. I had to choose a different delivery address closer to the funeral. No partial refund was offered, and they should have absorbed the cost on this one. Thankfully, I made a backup through Walgreens for $25, and it was just as good, if not better. I did receive my order on Tuesday, and the print was nice, but the amount of stress this debacle caused me was brutal.

To be clear, you did not absorb the "expedited" overnight shipping cost...please refer to my payment. I PAID for Expedited/Overnight service from Friday to Saturday. You took my payment plus the expedited shipping cost, and then sent it overnight, 3 days later. Thank you for your sentiments and response. Moving on.
