Zero stars if I could. They didn’t delivered what I ordered. Typo on the first line and the wrong prayer choice. They apparently struggle with the cards in Spanish. If you don’t know how to deliver in Spanish then don’t offer it. Customer service seemed very casual about my situation. I’m leaving to another country with these Thursday morning. They didn’t try to wrong their right instead blame me for there unscrupulous ways. This is already a difficult time and they made it worse. The customer service agent rushed me off the phone because she had another call and hung up on me. Because the “manager will call me tomorrow”. Her offer was to make a new set 1/2 off at MY expense. RUN DON’T WALK. These people do not care at all. Horrible experience NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Communication was great as well as edits to ensure the Memorial Card was exactly what we wanted. My only advice would be to note somewhere that the image will be tailored and approved before moving to print as when creating you are made to feel the image/proof shown is the one you will be receiving.

Was very impressed with the bookmarks we got for my Grandpas memorial service. They were wonderful quality and larger than most bookmarks we found. So glad I found this company. Very fast shipping also, which we appreciated.

I like the final product but I did not like the teaser rate of $0.39 a card, only to realize that the cost was significantly once I ordered more than 1 card. The real price of the card was $2.13 a card--which is way more money than we were planning on spending. And then we paid almost $30 for shipping and it was 3-4 day shipping of a small box. Yes we could have stopped the order and started all over, but we had already spend 45 minutes making the card and I did not want to start over.

I ordered a poster board picture for my Dad’s funeral service and it was beautiful, it arrived in a couple of days and in perfect conditions. It was well packaged. Thank you for a work well done. I am extremely satisfied.

The memorial cards and collage posters were wonderful made for my Dad’s funeral and everything arrive in two day. Which was not next day like what was paid for but I was glad it arrived in time.

The timing when we received the cards was perfect. The quality, impressive.
I had to call for help, the woman was very kind.

Print was fine, the issue was shipping. I ordered on Friday evening, so for the added cost (over $100) of overnight shipping, it said it would deliver Tuesday morning. UPS label on the package also said overnight, but they didn't deliver it until Wednesday morning.
