My order has not arrived was ordered on the 12 /12/2025 should of been delivered on the 18/12/2025 or 19/12/2025 they are for Christmas.

Not yet delivered. 19/12/25

Ordered on Monday for weekend party, no tracking by Wednesday dos chased as stated unfulfilled on order history, received a reply Thursday to inform me that they would try to send it for delivery Friday. Checked online again Thursday night and order status still unfulfilled. I have now requested a refund. On the other hand Liberation Cocktails were brilliant, same day dispatch and next day delivery. Do not use Funkin cocktails

its been over a week

Ordered on 07/12/2025 and still waiting for it to be delivered. Contacted customer services and now have to wait up to 3 days for a response. Wanted my order for Xmas but that’s not going to happen.

The delivery company yodel are slow and very unhelpful

We have not received the order, Yodel informed us it was being returned to you.
I have emailed several times as there is no phone line to speak to a member of staff at Funkin, no body has replied.
It’s not very good at all, I paid over £40 and have not got the goods and cannot get a response from you.

I paid and didn’t get delivery, eventually chased and they said they missed order but would get it despatched soon, still waiting!!! Will not use again!!

Ordered for a party but took so long to arrive I had to use alternatives. Now trying to return items but taking so long to return they’re just sat in the box waiting to go back. Bit disappointed

The cocktail packages were not packed very well. The boxes were all squashed and I’m very surprised they hadn’t leaked.

Placed and paid for items over 1 week ago. Have only received one email telling me to wait for tracking details. My order is showing on my account as paid but unfulfilled. Tried contact the uk team and have had no response. Really poor customer service.

Awful customer service. Company claims to have dispatched my order on 11th December, with delivery date of 11-12 Dec. It’s 16th December and their courier service have not yet revived the parcel from them to even deliver. Funkin customer service is diabolical , they are claiming that it’s the courier who hasn’t scanned it. Courier devices confirmed twice that they have not received it from Funkin. So far 6 days late and no apologies nor trying to help by sending it out next day separately. Will never use them again.

Bought for Christmas so not physically tried yet (usually buy the cans, so hopefully just as good)!

Would have given 5 stars but knocked one off due to - 1. several emails after purchase highlighting goods were still in the basket (after purchase), so had to email to make sure all was ok, so rather confusing.
2. packaging could be more secure, bought x3 large bottles which arrived in a box with a piece of brown paper, so they were rattling about inside (although did have a handle with care sticker). Thankfully they arrived in one piece but could have been totally different! Perhaps an inner divider or bubble wrap would be better.

Order never arrived and customer services not replying to me. Do not order!

Excellent products, fast delivery. Easy to use website. Communication from the company is excellent too.

I ordered Passion Fruit & Strawberry purees.
They haven't been used yet (for cocktails at xmas) but i have used them for a few years. Great taste and make cocktails really yummy that you just want more :-)

Cocktail advent calendar - Great cocktails and super service. Have reordered as so good.

The delivery worked well with useful messages. The products are a Christmas present for younger, but over 18, family members so I await their comments.

Thanks for sorting the delivery out so fast after the item was damaged with yodel. Cannot wait to sample them.
