Good quality material, style appropriate. Smaller than expected for a size medium, very slow delivery.

J’ai passé une première commande début septembre d’un montant d’environ 100 €. Après deux semaines sans la moindre nouvelle, ma commande a été annulée sans explication.

Pensant à une erreur isolée, j’ai refait une commande, cette fois pour 130 €, en changeant certains produits. Malheureusement, le même scénario s’est répété : aucune communication, aucune mise à jour, aucune expédition.

Par curiosité, je suis ensuite allée consulter les avis sur Trustpilot… et j’ai compris que je venais tout simplement de me faire avoir.

Cette marque est largement promue sur Instagram par des influenceurs, qui semblent recevoir de nombreux produits gratuits, ce qui inspire confiance, à tort. J’ai d’ailleurs utilisé un code promotionnel d’une influenceuse, pensant bénéficier d’une offre sérieuse.

Aujourd’hui, je n’ai reçu aucun produit, aucun remboursement, et aucune réponse à mes nombreux messages et e-mails.

J’ai contacté la marque sur tous ses comptes Instagram, laissé des commentaires publics, et multiplié les tentatives de contact, sans succès.

Je ne laisserai pas cette situation sans suite.

Un signalement sera fait aux autorités compétentes, aussi bien concernant la marque que les influenceurs qui la promeuvent sans transparence.

⚠️ Fuyez cette marque, et ne vous fiez pas aux publications d’influenceurs : il s’agit clairement d’une arnaque bien rodée.

They need to allow Zero Stars.
This company took the money and nothing after that, no response to communications and no delivery of order.
I will ask my bank to claim a chargeback, but what a bunch of rogues for wasting my time!

Chinese scammers! They pose as a British company, giving you a false sense of security - you place an order… and that’s about it. You email, no reply, Instagram message, read and jo reply. Postage time update… forget it. My bank is now sorting it out. Shame as the products look good. But if you want to receive them, hit else where.

Avoid. They are from China and you will never receive your order.

Finger weg von diesem Unternehmen. Die bestellte Ware wurde nicht vollständig geliefert. Auf mehrfache Anschreiben, kam bis heute nie eine Reaktion des Unternehmens.

I ordered 3 water resistance orthopedic dog beds and 2 covers for my sofa from them 2 months ago. There's been several emails between us but today an email from them telling me the larger one is now out of stock!!! Nothing about the other smaller one I'm still missing so I spent well over £100 with them and I have had only one of the 3 beds and no sofa covers. PLEASE DO NOT SEND THEM ANY MONEY. THEY ARE JUST AWFUL SCAMMERS. This has been on going for 2 months.

I have received the brown mat, thank you.However, the green covers are missing from the order. I have never received answer, when I can expect to receive them:(

Whatever you do, do not use this company. The products are cheap and nasty and they refuse returns and refunds. Reported for fraud.

Ich habe ein Autobett für den Ruecksitz geordert. Auf den ersten Blick war es sehr schön und weich. Ich habe es auch gut bewertet. Auf den 2. Blick, Jetzt ist es allerdings im Einsatz und ich habe festgestellt, dass es Leider nicht stabil verarbeitet ist und hält dadurch auch nicht viel aus. Das Innenkissen hat eine minderwertige Füllung und die Reißverschlüsse sind auch nicht gerade stabil, man sollte sie nicht auf die Hälfte ziehen. Das Kunstleder ist gut, es roch auch nicht. Aber für 110 Euro habe ich definitiv etwas Hochwertigeres erwartet...

Ist ein China Unternehmen, welches mit KI arbeitet und Datensicherheit gibt es dort nicht
Es wird keine Ware retour genommen und die Qualität ist mittelmäßig bis schlecht
Wenn man ein Mail an .de schreibt, kommt eine Rückmeldung, dass das Mail nicht existiert, mit der .com Adresse geht das Mail zwar durch, aber es kommt nur ein Mail und dann auch keine Lösung

Funny Fuzzy is a scam. The products are not as advertised. They do not live up to their returns policy despite claims on website. They will never refund your money.

Aufpassen alle zusammen: An alle die unzufrieden sind mit der China Ware von Funny Fuzzy und alle die mit Paypal gezahlt haben! Bitte meldet den Fall bei Paypal, ihr bekommt euer Geld zurück! Ihr müsst abwarten und den Fall auf KEINEN FALL schließen, auch wenn Funny Fuzzy euch das anbietet, ich sollte den Fall schliessen, dann kümmern sie sich um mein Anliegen! Macht das nicht! Schickt Paypal alle Bilder von der Ware ( in meinem Fall minderwertige Qualität, keine Fütterung wie angegeben und von schlechte Verarbeitung). Geld kam nach 2 Wochen zurück von Paypal!

Leider ein nicht greifbares Unternehmen mit Betrugspotenzial. Server in Kanada, Postfachadresse in den Staaten und Ware aus China. Kein Kundenservice, man erhält keine Sendungsverfolgung, selbst beim Eröffnen eines Kundenkontos bekommt man keinerlei Bestätigungsemail. Mir war das beim Bestellen eines großen orthopädischen Hundebetts erst einmal nicht klar. Bekam einen Schreck NACH Zahlung mit Kreditkarte. Da viele Besteller vor mir gar keine Ware bekamen oder bei berechtigten Mängeln keine Reaktion des Unternehmens kam, habe ich den Betrag vom Karteninstitut erfolgreich zurückbuchen lassen. Zu meiner Überraschung wurde dann doch nach ca 2 Wochen ohne Vorankündigung das Bett geliefert. Dazu kann ich sagen, dass es optisch genau so aussieht wie auf dem Bild. Es war gut gearbeitet, keine Fäden am Reißverschluss und es roch nicht. Aber der Schaumstoff ist MANGELHAFT. Kein Memory Foam geschweige denn orthopädisch. Mein Wheaten Terrier wiegt 24 Kg. Das Bett ist bis zu 30 kg gedacht.. Der Schaumstoff war in der Mitte platt nach nur 4 Tagen bei täglich ca 5 Stunden darauf liegen... Das ist einfach nur dreist.. Finger weg davon....

Absolutely hopeless. Another one of those businesses in China that are incapable of taking returns and have you dancing around sending pictures of the problem rather than actually supplying a return or replacement. BE WARNED, you might get a product but you will not have a choice whether to keep it or not.

If I could give no stars I would, but its important people hear the truth.
This website is just some drop shipping front.
You place an order, they order it from their manufacturer in China and then it arrives. It takes 7+ days to arrive not the 2-3 days on the website.

The product description and images do not reflect the product.
I ordered an orthopaedic dog bed, I got a dog bed yes, but it was in no orthopaedic. I am still trying to get the item returned. Every email i sent has taken 5+ days for a reply. They seem to be refusing to send me a return waybill and I assume I will never get my actual money back.
