The lamp is a generic product dropshipped from China. The product photos on the website show an organic, clay-like texture, but the actual item has a cheap, smooth plastic surface that looks nothing like what was advertised.
They even provide a tracking number that ends with 'UK,' but this is not a valid Royal Mail tracking number and returns no results when searched. A quick reverse image search reveals that the same product is sold on AliExpress for a quarter of the price.
I should have done my research before buying, but the misleading photos and fake tracking number are clear red flags.

The lamp we ordered has a stylish design, but unfortunately it had a few manufacturing defects. It is slightly crooked and wobbles, which is disappointing for a product in this price range. However, customer support was very helpful and offered us a discount as compensation.

According to the official tracking records, your order was safely delivered to a designated local pickup point in your area, rather than directly to your door.
