I would give no stars but instead will file a cyber crime complaint with the FBI. This is a criminal organization that uses false advertising to sell a first aid kit. They represent it using CVS Pharmacy's name and as a contest to win a free first aid kit. Just pay $9.99 for shipping. The next day $98.00 was removed from my checking. When I called them they refused a refund. Now I have to close my checking account to prevent them from stealing more. I have contacted people I know in the FBI to advise them to investigate these low lifes.

I ordered the pet beds 1 month ago. I have chatted twice during the month and was assured my beds were back in stock and in the "fulfillment center" and the order would be rushed if possible. I still have not received a shipment confirmation. I told them to ship it today, or refund me today. I need to do better looking up reviews before purchasing, because I never would have after reading all these terrible reviews. I will never trust FaceBook ads again.

There needs to be a negative star rating for this company. They are nothing but thieves. I placed my order for a BOGO dog bed for $99.99, 5 months later still no product. I have emailed and called repeatedly only to be told in Feb and March that the delay was due to COVID and they apologize and will get back to me. No further contact from them at all on my order yet they continue to text me with updates that their have beds back in stock and are still advertising BOGO!! I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well. These people need to be sued and forced to pay people back the money they have basically stolen.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from the company. TOTAL scam.... bought two large dog beds Jan 2021 and NEVER received them and we have made SEVERAL attempts to contact them and they have NEVER responded.

Ordered in December 2020 and have not received anything. I emailed them 10-15 times and they kept saying there were delays in shipping. When I requested a refund they sent the same message, “shipping delays”. This is a scam! You will not get what you order, your better off throwing your money in the trash......

I was scammed also. This is no joke. This company will send me a text every day wanting me to buy one to get one free and that it’s almost selling out etc. I’m tired of receiving texts from a company (or not even a company) that doesn’t ship their products in a timely manner. (I’m thinking (now that I’m reading the other reviews) that I’m not going to receive anything and that I’m wasting my time trying to get my money back.

I ordered my beds 12/7/2020. They still have not arrived. I have contacted the company multiple times via email, chat and phone and this is the canned response I receive:

“I’m really sorry for the delay.

I checked on your order and saw that it is currently being prepared for shipment. You will receive another email notification with the tracking number once this has been shipped.”

I wrote a previous review on this site but feel its necessary to post again, I ordered 2 beds on 11/30/2020 and as of 3/14/2021, I have yet to receive any notices of shipment of these dog beds. I wish that Facebook would not promote sites like this on their advertising.

TOTAL AND COMPLETE SCAM. They keep posting on Instagram/Facebook and are not responsive (will delete any comment you post). Their website is down and you cannot get in contact with anyone. Working with my bank to contest this charge.

Like the others zero stars, order hasn't arrived 3 weeks after quoted delivery date and as of today, March 4, 2021, the website 'is currently unavailable. We'll be back soon!' I've requested the order be cancelled and a refund issued as well as disputing the charges on the card.

Not even a 1 star. Zero stars. I ordered 4 beds December 6th and it is February 11th and I do not have my order or. Even a shipping confirmation. I have called and left messages and sent 3 emails requesting a refund. No responce. Most places that you order from charge your card for payment at time of shipment. Not several months before shipment. I will be contacting my credit card co and requesting a refund if they can do that.

Complete SCAM!!! I ordered 2 beds on Dec 4, 2020. As of Feb 8, 2021 I still have no beds. They have my money. They are taking new orders. I complained on facebook, comments deleted and now I can't comment on any of their ads (blocked me most likely). I've had a few people contact me stating the same experience. Company almost impossible to contact and when I finally got thru online, they simply said be patient and used COVID as an excuse.

I too got taken by this SCAM of a company, ordered two beds 12/1/2020, and have never received anything. Several contacts with company with bs excuses as to why product has never shipped, and why they won't even give a refund. Reported to BBB. As others have said BBB closed my case cause no response from company, you'd think BBB would be following up with Attorney General, that should be part of their job, but it looks like it is on the customer to do

Ordered two beds on Dec 1. It’s Jan 19 and I haven’t heard anything from them. I clicked the link for support in my confirmation email (support at furryfriendsofficial.com) and my email was returned as undeliverable.

THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM

I have ordered on October 2nd 2020 two beds for dogs from that company and they have not deliver any confirmation of delivery. The web site said it would be delivered in one month and as of December 27, nothing, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They have no customer service. The guy who responds to your emails, IAN, only gains time. It is totally not professional. They have taken my money. I wish I would have my money back. NO SERVICE WHATSOEVER.
