I ordered 2 jackets but the wrong size, they happily sent me 2 more just paying for postage and i donated the smaller ones .
They are well made, warm and easy to use.😁

I think the product is great we had a problem with sizing and I must say our Silky Terriers is bigger than the norm which confused things .
When the jacket I bought was far too small and I contacted Customer Support at Furry King they sorted the problem out straight away. I now have a beautifully fitting jacket and my dog and I are extremely happy.
I know now it is more important to look at measurements rather than dog breed.

Shocking customer service. I had already bought this product and was very happy. Went to buy another 2 in L& XL in black (2dogs) and simply reordered what I had done earlier but this time I received what was actually more like S n XS! I sent photos and essentially was told bad luck. I should not have gone by the siding I had ALREADY purchased! Madness!
Do yourself a favour and DONT purchase this product! Unless it’s in a store and you see what you’re buying!

The whole process was great, order placing delivery and now the jacket has arrived it is absolutely fabulous, the size is great I have 2 moodles (maltese poodles), quality of the garment is truly fantastic. I would certainly purchase other goods from them.

Regarding incorrect size problem was rectified. The winter coat is great. Easy to get on and waterproof

I bought one when I just got our puppy in XS and when she grew out of it I ordered another one for her and rather than measuring her I ordered the size M according to their size chart measurements in weight category. When it arrived it was too big. I sent them the picture of my puppy wearing it and requested them to exchange it for one size smaller ( in size S) but someone made a mistake and sent me XS which I already had in the house and my dog had grown out of it. They asked me just to pay extra £8 towards the replacement/ delivery cost and donate the size M rather than posting it back. I had to contact them again and although it was frustrating but in the end the gentleman named Patrick from their customer support team sorted it out and I received the right size yesterday. I had to wait for a while but it’s worth it in the end.

I was a bit worried about ordering from these guys based on some of the reviews. However, the coats arrived today ( despite a weeks delay in shipping them) and I could not be happier. They are a perfect fit and very high quality. I have two Chihuahuas each weighing 2.5 kg and the size I ordered is a medium.

Love them so does my little dog, so easy to put on and take of and comfortable for Maya. Love the colours as well. Very satisfied

I haven't received my order which was place 1 month ago and when I contacted Furryking I've had no response.

There was a.mix up about sizes but it was resolved quickly I have a lovely harness for my dashound now

This is truly the best dog harness . The security of not slipping out of it, even with the tiniest of dog. The warmth for those areas or just chilly mornings is perfect. My miniature Dachshund loves it!

This company is a scam. We ordered jackets for our dogs only to find out they were not going to make it in time for our trip. We asked to cancel our order and we were told they can't refund money because of where it is in the delivery process. That's because it comes straight from China and it will cost more to send it back. This company is a scam. So the 30 day money back is bs.

Went by the size guide and ordered an XL, for my Maltese. The jacket would not zip up to his neck. I contacted their service dept., after searching hard for contact information. They contacted me after a few days and asked for measurements and photos. They said they would send me the correct size, but I would have to pay for return. I complained and they told me to keep original jacket and not to worry about returning. When new jacket finally arrived......I found it was the same size as the original jacket!!!!! When I wrote my review, I hadn't realized it. Now I am stuck with 2 identical jackets, both, the wrong size!!!!! Not happy!!!!!

Customer service was very responsive answering my questions, requesting my dog’s measurements to advise me on his perfect fit as well as how to exchange a harness. I since have purchased 2 more.

Ordered a coat for my dog, followed the sizing and it fits perfectly. It's great having the attached harness and it looks great too. Took a little while to come but was kept updated on the parcel.

Fits perfectly. Made of high quality materials. Sparky loves both of his jackets.

Loved the 3 in 1 jacket. Fits perfectly, the sizing information is easy to follow, whilst it may seem odd, my Jack Russell got 2XL as recommended. The quality is excellent

The zipper broke immediately. We notified Furry king immediately and their delays in response made the refund option outside of the time allotment.
They responded that they will give us a discount on our next purchase. Not acceptable. Why would we want to purchase another defective item

This has been a ridiculous experience. Do not recommend at all
