An absolute fantastic experience,...really I could go on for pages with superlatives, but the plants speak for themselves. The wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm from very experienced staff however deserves a special mention, never too busy to share the wisdom and that personal touch means so much when delivered so genuinely, thanks from a very happy returning customer, Trevor o Connor.

Could not recommend highly enough. The only garden centre I order plants from online. I have ordered about 7 times since my first purchase last year. They have a great selection- especially of trees. They are more competitively priced than my local garden centre- even when you factor in shipping. But my favourite part is their website. Literally every plant you search comes with a blurb of the plant you’re looking at - a description/history / How to care for it /If it has won the RHS AGM. I have been led to buy plants that I hadn’t initially planned on getting based on this alone!

Very quick delivery, well packed, good and healthy plants

Good quality and efficient

Placed order and what I received looked absolutely nothing like the online photos.
Sent an email, I received a very sarcastic voicemail from the company.
Will never buy from them again and advise you not to either.
Much better to go to a garden centre and see what you are actually buying.

Very happy with my order. Very helpful staff

Very good quality plants and arrived quickly, well packaged healthy will use again and again 😀

Ordered a few bare rooted sessile oaks, 3-4 feet, for collection. Helpful and efficient yard staff. Good roots, bit of 'shrinkage' as just made 600mm from top of roots rather than the 900 - 1200mm as ordered. No harm as the smaller plant should bed in quicker?

Friendly and efficient service. I ordered a gift of plants over the phone. Delivery was very prompt and recipient very pleased.

Always very impressed with future forests. Have ordered off them a few times and have found their plants to be great quality and affordable! Also a lovely place to visit, would recommend!!

Everything came as I expected it

Called with some questions before ordering and not only were they very helpful, we also had a bit of a laugh over the phone. Great advice, friendly staff, good prices & prompt delivery of healthy plants.

Really really delighted with my plants...they arrived well packaged and protected and are all happy and healthy plants. 100% recommend using this business.

Great selection to choose from. Perfect collections of plants.Easy to to order and speedy delivery.

Delivered in timely manner & products as descibed

I thought a few of the items would have been larger like the pineapple guava as I had purchased another earlier this year.

I was planting in the dark as the straw packed bare root items needed to go in immediately and the shipment arrived some hours after sunset.

Prompt delivery, well packaged, items appear to be in good condition, great service.

Great selection, fast delivery and everything arrived healthy and in good shape. Thanks

Excellent products and brilliant packaging for delivery. I will be buying from Future Forests again.

The fruit trees were in great shape and packaged well to protect them during shipping.
