Shocking! Items arrived today after over a month, originally overcharged by £4 which they claimed was a glitch, product smaller and an inferior copy of advertised items, on opening box found many of the figures (highland cows) broken and not fit for purpose. Avoid this company shame on Facebook for allowing them a platform to sell this junk.

Scam site that steals images from legitimate vendors and then sends a cheap knock off version.
Got sent wrong colour of item and it wouldn't be wearable, even if it was correct. Significantly not as advertised.

Scam. I too ordered a "mediaeval Valentines card" via facebook in mid January, it arrived 3 days after Valentines day. It was too small, and the wrong card (their website has bugs). Via email they are not helpful and happily violate EU regulations by only offering £2. Definitely avoid.

The items were much smaller and much poorer quality than advertised. It looks like the listing used genuine product images but what arrived was a cheap, poor knock off, to the extent that the images on the cards look screen grabbed from elsewhere. They were ridiculously expensive for what they are, not taking into account that they took more money than was stated at checkout. A bait and switch website out to scam people whilst clearly putting the minimum effort in to make it barely legit.

I ordered 2 x HOMEMADE SEA GLASS bird ornoments for Christmas presents. The order value was £16.85, however, by bank account was debited for £21.06 via PayPal.

The goods arrived one later (missed Christmas). There was nothing HOMEMADE or SEA GLASS - it was a picture printed onto to plastic.

I emailed FuzBunny who offered to compensate me £2. I declined and requested a full refund. They refused and offered me £4.

I contacted my bank, who had little information and advised I should contact PayPal directly.

I am unable to speak to a human at PayPal, and unable to raise an issue via my PayPal account because I didn't use PayPal to pay; I used my debit card.

Fortunately, I can afford to lost £21, but am wholly frustrated that I've been scammed and only reading reviews now and realising I'm not the first to be scammed.

How companies like this are allowed to operate on Social Media platforms such as FaceBook is beyond me.

The company is a scam. Do not use.
I ordered a pair or metallic silver socks, received a pair of white cotton socks and now they are arguing that they sent the correct item. As someone else also said, they are offering a £3 refund earning them a profit of £16 if you take off £1 for the value of the poor quality white socks they sent. This is how they work.

The worst company I've ever had to deal with. Order placed on 12th December still not arrived. Advertised at 9.99 then took 16.23 out my account. It's taken me a month of email complaints to get 3.23 refund and still no package. They are refusing to pay me full refund as they say it's been shipped. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I ordered a embroidery book and sewing kit before Christmas, it arrived on the 6th January missing the sewing kit, I contacted them straight away and they may as well have called me a liar, they said they had fulfilled my order which was a load of rubbish, they said they couldn't give me a refund or replacement but would give me £3 compensation what an insult, I paid over £17 with taxes I'm still trying to get more out of them I will take it up with PayPal to sort out.

Ordered early December, nothing yet. Excuses about logistics. Terrible company, don't give them any money.

Do not use them . Ordered over a month ago, still nothings turned up, and refused to refund and I'm a Christmas gift down. Shit company .

I have just made a purchase with this company via PayPal and the amount they took from me was higher than what I authorised.
The increase was apparently VAT which I appreciate I have to pay however the company should be displaying the correct total before you commit, not just stealing it after the event!
plus it wasn’t even at the correct amount for the cost of my purchase, they over inflated it as well
Update- I had to contact them direct and they said it was a computer error but they have refunded the extra £8 odd they deducted
