FX Junction: Terrible advice, zero communication, and arrogant support
I was referred to FX Junction through Investipo, the company that manages my trading account. According to the agreement with Investipo, they were supposed to take care of me as a novice investor and explain everything to me. The initial training went okay, except for the fact that the analyst was Slovak, was coughing throughout the entire call, and was basically barely understandable. I received my first tips on opening positions, and that’s where the trouble started. The analyst became unavailable and left me to sink or swim on my own. He fell ill.
When I finally managed to get a callback through Investipo, a different analyst called me. Despite the unfavorable market development, he recommended that I hold my positions and, for example, had me close positions that ended up in the green the very next day. The ones he suggested kept falling. Then he went silent again and didn’t communicate for over 4 days. It was impossible to reach him by phone, despite his promise that he would call back after two rings.
It escalated this week when, following more of his advice, all my positions were in the red. Finally, he gave me the "great" advice to open counter-trend trades (sell) and never got back to me again. Well, it didn't turn out well, and after this experience, I prefer to withdraw the rest of my money. It is impossible to call them. When they do call on their own, they are condescending and arrogant, claiming they serve premium clients and don't have time for us. I definitely do not recommend them.
An absolutely terrible experience.

Receiving spam after account long closed
I deactivated my account on January 5th, 2026, which was confirmed by customer support. Four months later, I unexpectedly received unsolicited promotional emails (SPAM) from them. The messages were sent from a "noreply" address and contained no unsubscribe option. I have no explanation for how this happened.

Complicated setup for new users
I was excited to try social trading here but got stuck on the setup. Linking my account and figuring out the risk settings wasn't straightforward. The guided helped a bit but I think the site needs better beginnerfriendly onboarding.

Also, some provider stats looked great on paper but didn't translate into good results for me. Probably better for experienced traders than total beginners.

I didn’t have major issues, but also didn’t see much profit. The tools are there, but finding the right provider feels like trial and error.

Some ups and downs
My first provider delivered good results, but the second one has a big drawdowns. FX Junction is fine technically, but you need to pick carefully.

Good idea, mixed results
The platform works fine technically, but results depend heavily on which provider you follow. I had one good month and one not-so-good month. It's not a magic bullet - you need to monitor closely.

Needs stronger Risk filters
The system works, but it would be better with advanced filters like max drawdown or "risk per trade". Right now, you need to dig manually to be figure that out.

Feels like You are on your own
Fx Junction looks great on the surface, but once you are in there little guidance or support. I coppied a trader with strong numbers and still lost money fast. There's no real system to flag risky behavior or sudden losses. Not idea foe beginners.

Very disappointing and misleading
I followed the top three providers shown on the homepage. All of them lost money within a week. The advertised stats didn't match live result at all. No refunds, no alerts, no accountability. Felt like I got tricked into a bad deal.

Too Much Trial and Error
The Autocopy features is cool, but without deeper insights or filtering tools, I ended up wasting time and money on unstable traders. It feels like I'm guessing, not trading. Better onboarding or educational guidance is really needed.

Confusing for beginners
I signed up hoping it would be beginner-friendly, but I found the layout and data overwhelming. There is no proper walkthrough or onboarding to guide new users on how to choose the right signal provider. The learning curve is sleep if you are completely new to trading.

Needs Better Provider Vetting
Not Impressed. I followed a top-ranked trader, and their performance tanked in just two weeks. The platforms doesn't seem to vet signal providers well and there's little accountability if they mess up. Also , some of the ROI numbers feel exaggerated. Proceed with caution.
