I bought a pair of Gabor Wisdom trainers from Charles Clinkard online as the shop did not have my size. I ordered a size 3 BEWARE as size 3 is 36.5/3/12 which I didn’t know
I wore them out big mistake, they are in face a 2/12
There was no Euro size on the box or in the shoe. It is impossible to contact Gabor themselves and Charles Clinkard unhelpful and refused return
So they are now sitting with my £95 and I am so upset.😭

Odd sizes. Sized down as advised and still too big. Measured their 5.5 against a size 6 and the smaller size 5.5’s were bigger. Customer service very unhelpful and refused to refund postage return despite their sizing being shocking and all off. The sizing issue is bad enough but the v v poor Customer service would make sure I’d never order from this retailer again. Score reflects poor sizing and awful customer service

Purchased a pair of boots from John Lewis. Perfect fit. Purchased the same in suede and the fit is too narrow. The order was fulfilled by Charles Clinkard and their customer service has been incredibly unhelpful. Why can't your boots be a consistent wide fit if they are listed as such regardless of what colour or type of leather they are!

I bought a pair of ankle boots, in a wide fit. From experience, I've found that their shoes are slightly on the small size, so I sized up. The boots are great! So comfortable that I've been wearing them all day! Moreover, they look trendy too.

I simply adore Gabor shoes for their day-to-day style, comfort and value for money. In my opinion, their sandals are far superior to some of the more expensive brands.

I bought a pair of Gabor boots this week from what I believed to be the Gabor website. However, it transpires from the email contact it is actually Charles Clinkard. I looked at both Gabor and Charles Clinkard reviews so would not have purchased from them if I had known. Unusually I had a few problems ordering and customer service in the telephone and email contact was good. Delivery was quick. I ordered on Monday and received Friday. However, I am so very disappointed. These were not a sale item. I have taken photos that show the box was smashed and the suede boots are in poor condition, shiny, worn & white in many partsI believe they are probably a display item. I am not Not impressed and would not recommend. Looking at other reviews I am not happy to return them. I should have purchased a used pair on eBay for a quarter of the price
