Repaired screen on my iPhone 11. Screen glitching since repaired. It perfect when left in. Brought back 3 times and no satisfaction received. Do not go there with your phone.Gadget fix in shopping centre in Shannon. Sorry I even went there. I have to replace my phone and it was perfect only some ink showing on screen.

At first I thought all of these negative reviews were people who didn't know what they were doing. But once I repaired my own phone and the screen stopped working at the most inconvenient time and actually ruined my entire life because of it. (I had bills due and was doordashing and now do not have a working phone for over a week so I am now in trouble with my landlord and lost all the data on my old phone because the screen was so defective it factory reset itself somehow).

I had photos of the love of my life on there I will never get back. Just buy a new phone never try to repair using parts from here unless it is just a temporary fix for you to transfer data before the whole screen corrupts and deletes everything for you.

Ripped me off by quoting a price then changing the price after it was fixed. Letting a woman attack me in the store because I spoke up about what he did and did nothing about it but watch. I go elsewhere where its safe and honest.

Scam place, stay away as far as possible. I paid for the extra fast delivery, but the item never arrived.

Took my Samsung watch here due to the watch face coming loose, the watch itself worked perfect, paid a £25 deposit when I went to collect my watch and was told it was £25 I said that was what I had paid as a deposit, he wanted an extra £25 so £50 altogether for glueing a watch screen back down, when I asked why it was so expensive to glue a screen back into place I was told a cable was damaged and they had to replace it (absolute bull) I said if a cable had been damaged the watch wouldn't have been working right which it was when I handed it over, so either you damaged the cable or there wasn't one damaged, if that is the case I shouldn't have had to pay for your mistake, don't get me wrong I will pay for a genuine job well done, just feel like I've been ripped off, I will avoid you at all costs and never ever recommend you to anyone!!!

Not even lasted 2 weeks and is worse than when it was taken into gadget fix, the front of my watch is now hanging off, what was used for glue? Bloody sugar and water!!!! Please don't waste your money at the gadget fix albion street Leeds.

terrible customer service ,low quality parts and if you receive a defective part they want ship a replacement till you send the old one back and they do not cover the shipping you already paid ..NOT RECOMENDED STAY AWAY

Wadis And his team are ace. Over two years plus they’ve never let me down. They know what there doing and they’re honest and great people. Your dealing with a company who has the owner there all day, he misses nothing and is always helpful

Spent 170 on a iPhone 11 Pro Max lcd and there was no backlight (these aren’t OLED which I am ok with) back light was horrible can not see the screen unmless have a flash light on it and even still it’s barley visible . Picture a old calculator with dying batteries ....YEAH DONT BUY PLEASE IM TRYING TO HELP ! They said the screen was cracked and it wasn’t . The photos they sent me where circling invisible cracks because I sent the screen better packaging received

Terrible customer service..If your able to get someone to answer and understand your concerns then your luckier than my experience..They shipped a screen with no $.65 screen adhesive and there solution was I order one online..Only problem is they wouldn’t offer the free shipping as it’s another $3.65 added to order and person didn’t seem to understand the problem due to language barrier and just kept saying..”No problem just order online we have many in stock” and not address addition shipping cost concern.

This company is a Chinese company based in California. They sell parts for iPhones. I have had nothing but bad parts from them. Recently they have changed their return policy. Now upon returning something that has a problem they require you to take pictures. I find this very helpful but it is not always that way. They can claim anything about the part and refuse to refund you. My problem was simple I purchased a iPhone XS Max screen and upon installing it. The screen would flutter, then startup. I returned it and they claimed because it showed signs of installation they would not refund it. Now how is that possible to know if something is bad unless you do just that install it. This company is not just a company that don’t stand behind what they sell. They will make any reason to deny a refund. Don’t do business with them!
