Company received my watch on a Thursday, it was assessed the same day. Offer was dropped by £70, could have gone elsewhere but accepted due to needing the funds quickly (so I thought). It then took until the following Wednesday for the payment to be received- pretty much a week. Why advertise 48hours?!???

Price went from £48 to £15 due to a few minor wear and tear scratches.

AVOID — Extremely Disappointing Experience

I usually use Music Magpie, but thought I’d try Gadget GoGo as they offered a better price. I was completely transparent about the condition of my Apple Watch and even marked it as “poor” myself because it had one small scratch on the screen.

After the device reached Gadget GoGo, I received “inspection” photos from them showing the watch covered in scratches and marks that simply did not exist when I sent it. The watch in their photos looks nothing like the device I packaged and posted. They then reduced their offer by £40.

I’m absolutely heartbroken and anxious that my watch may be returned to me in the condition they photographed rather than the condition I originally sent it in. Thankfully, I took clear photos and videos from all angles and in multiple lighting conditions on the day of posting, which show exactly how the device looked prior to shipping.

The whole situation feels like a scam, and I would strongly warn others to avoid this company.

Whilst the payment was prompt, which is always good. I sent in an apple watch 10, which wasn't more than 6 months old. (Sold as now have samsung phone) There was a very small slight scratch on the screen which apparently can only been seen under a light, as I didn't know it was there. But they reduced the cost by £50, which i don't think to be fair reduction. Maybe I am wrong..

Extremely disappointed & wouldn't use again.

They offered me the best price, so I went with them. I would say the process was easy and I printed the label at home and took this to my post office for delivery.

Once they had the item, they said there was damage on the front of the screen, which I didn't believe as I have never seen it. There wasn't a scratch on the iPhone, and it looked just as good as the day I brought it. I have numerous screen shots and it never showed on their either.

Original Offer was £122 - They then offered me £36.63, which I thought was disgraceful.

I opted to have the item returned to me. It arrived 3 days later, but not packaged as good as I sent it to them. I used lots of double wrap and then placed it inside a padded envelope. They just put my phone back in my envelope which was obviously open, and then inside a flimsy plastic bag.

Obviously I was upset with the price, but I feel they offer over the top prices so you send the item to them, and then knock you down.

There is no cost to return the item to you, so it may be worth having a go. HOWEVER, please note if you are sending a parcel to them, you need to make sure you have insurance to cover the item as they accept no responsibility if it gets lost. Using their Royal Mail service, they only cover you upto £100

Fantastic speedy service, all very easy to use and well organized. Also paying me what they initially proposed. Payment was super quick and in my account the next day. Much better than other sites I have tried.

Easy to use web site. Clear and timely comms. Equipment assessed quickly. No issues with payment.

No reply to emails happy to hassle you to sell though an still not had my money I sent my item with box charger extra strap and watch

Quick and efficient

Sent my Apple Watch Series 8 away 6 weeks ago, emailed plenty times and haven’t heard a thing or received any money for it, scam!

Quick turn got the price they quoted will defo use them again

Straightforward instructions and good communications. Although I finally received an amended amount due to various reasons, I will use again.

I provided a very negative review but to the company’s credit they wrote personally to explain the situation. I was offered £140 reduced to £30 on inspection. Reasons were battery health and a scratch on the screen. The photo of the scratch really doesn’t look like the watch I sent but they assure me it is. Anyway, I should have taken my own photo before sending. I see they have many good reviews so perhaps just me. I did email the company to further discuss but seem to be getting an ‘undelivered’ Outlook response so not sure they’ve seen this.

I received regular updates, but as soon as I agreed a price I didn’t hear anything. It took about 48 hours for payment to be received.
For that reason I’m giving 4 stars, as I feel other companies pay out quicker.
But I would probably use them again.
