I bought a Vader 5 Pro controller from Gadgethyper. Delivery time was very good, package came in top shape, I got bonus dpads as a gift, and customer support is excellent!

Great Customer service

Great Customer service , prompt and transparent delivery process. Very well packaged items . You can tell they care . Very rare quality these days . I’m a repeat and as long as they are selling controllers a lifetime buyer . Kudos to the GH team .

You will be sold broken product and then harassed and stalked.

Sold me a lemon and then harassed me for proof because of my negative review. I did not contact them, I did not solicit a refund - I left the review they earned, nothing more.

The emails I got repeatedly told me I was "misunderstanding" and even after being told not to contact me, they still tried to dismiss responsibility.

At one point the email even used the wording that they do not "knowingly" sell defective products, as if to defensively get ahead of an accusation I did not make.

The gall of harassing someone after just having robbed them is astounding.

Edit: GadgetHyper have now taken to spamming my email AND stalking me on Reddit because I told them not to contact me. Impressive facility for harassing critics, this one. And no, I don't mean replying to reviews, which is in their right.

Ironically, they lie in their reply to this review and say they're "respecting my privacy" - which they then ignored to harass me by email AGAIN after, and again they were told not to contact me.

Smooth purchase and outstanding service

Fantastic shop with excellent customer service. Emily was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process and kept me updated until the package arrived. I ordered the Flydigi Vader 5 Pro controller and it’s absolutely awesome — everything came in perfect condition. Really happy with the whole experience.
Highly recommended!

Outstanding above and beyond customer service

Emily emailed me back and forth for more than an hour to help me make the absolute most informed decision possible when purchasing my Leadjoy Xeno Plus. I was frankly astounded with the level of customer service provided. I went from questioning the legitimacy of this vendor to vowing to make my purchases through them any time I can. I want to be clear that I have only just placed my order, and have not received the controller but without the above and beyond customer service from Emily as well as the 1 year normal use hardware warranty she assured me my controller would come with, I would have just gone to… well I’d rather not mention where I would have gone to make my purchase. Oh I also forgot to mention that she played exact game I was making the controller purchase for, Apex Legends, (not to mention at a higher competitive rank than myself) and was able to understand any and all of my questions from the distinct position of an actual Apex player and that sort of knowledge can not be faked. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would.

Great gamer gear website

Ordered 2 products and both got here perfectly! Both well-made and better than what I could get at the store. Customer service Emily answered all my questions quickly and with understanding.

I had issues with my Vader 5 controller…

I had issues with my Vader 5 controller that i purchase back in December and after speaking with Flydigi and after going to the process with videos , etc , I was sent where I purchased it from which was Gadgethyper and they were fantastic specially Emily. she was super helpful and took me every step of the way with great communication and sent me a replacement rite away and got it very fast . I buy most of my import controllers from Gadgethyper , the only store I recommend from over seas . Thank you Emily and Gadgethyper

They resolved my problem with some hickups on the way!

EDIT: They came back to me and have sent me a new controller. Sadly I had to first write a bad review for it and the new controller came a bit scuffed. The original issue has been resolved though and because of this I will update the review to 4 stars.

My Vader 5 Pro came with a loose tension ring. I've been emailing them for days, giving them all the video evidence that they've been asking. Yet they refuse to activate the warranty on my faulty unit. They keep giving me the same AI-like responses that "this is within normal tolerances".

I’m Nagi, the person in charge at GadgetHyper. First of all, I want to sincerely apologize for the frustration and disappointment you’ve experienced — this is not the experience we want any customer to have.

I also want to clarify how our warranty process works so there is no misunderstanding. When a potential hardware issue is reported, we collect the evidence and case details and forward them to the official manufacturer for technical evaluation. The final diagnosis and warranty decision are based on their analysis, which is why some responses may reflect their judgment regarding tolerances or normal range.

That said, I understand this can sometimes lead to differences in interpretation, and I agree with you that we need to handle these cases more flexibly and improve how we support customers in practice.

We do provide official warranty coverage for all products sold through us, and I will personally ensure your case is reviewed again. I will also assign a dedicated team member to follow up with you directly and work with you toward a proper resolution.

We appreciate your feedback, even though it comes from a disappointing experience, and we will use it to improve both our process and communication going forward.

Great service from GH

I've bought many controllers and accessories from GadgetHyper already and I will certainly buy more. In fact I buy too many...

I can honestly say I have received the best customer service from them. Quick shipping to the UK in 7-12 days usually too which is great. So responsive to emails, discord DMs and they go the extra mile to liaise with the manufacturer to improve the products after receiving feedback.

They just add value to the product you are buying, whether thats their howto guides on their reddit (r/GadgetHyper) or the unique accessories like 3d printed parts for aesthetic/comfort etc enhancement. Or replacement parts that I can't find anywhere else.

Join their discord too as they're very active as well as all the other community members who are always helpful. You know who you are.

I like to buy from a company that seems to care about what they do and their service rather than give my money to the big corporations. Not to mention the stuff seems to appear on GH before other places.

My experience with Gadgethyper has been solid as of now

My experience with Gadgethyper has been really solid so far. Their customer service is on point and their delivery speed is also pretty fast considering the controllers I bought from them shipped from china. I had a recent RMA case with a FlyDigi Vader 5 pro and they were quick to respond and were immediately willing to send me a replacement unit. Emily, the support staff that helped me deal with my recent RMA case was very accommodating and friendly. In the past, the founder Nagi has also answered my enquires on multiple occasions and was very prompt and friendly. If you’re in the market for a controller and it’s available on gadgethyper, that would be my first go to option.

An amazing store with great support.

A great store with a great responsive support team and fair prices. I am happy to be a part of Gadgethyper's community. Every problem that I had got solved immediately. The owner of Gadgethyper, Nagi is especially a great helpful person who does a lot of stuff selflessly and out of passion.

They are patient, respectful, and very responsive. they basically treat you like family! Nothing but love for this company. Emily is the best!

Emily from GadgetHyper was amazing and proactively reached out to me before my product was shipped out to ensure I received an updated product (FlyDigi BS2 and they upgraded me to the FlyDigi BS3). She also helped me change my shipping address since I wanted the new address and wasn't at my previous address, which was more difficult since I went from a California address to Mexico. 5/5 customer service.

Had a laptop cooler die on me and showed them a quick video of it - they immediately sent me a brand new replacement. 10/10 customer service, would buy here again.

Excellent Customer Service

Had a defect in a controller I bought from them, and a member of their customer service team named Emily was quick to respond and organize a replacement.

I usually don't do these sort of reviews or surveys, but honestly the support I received here really stood out to me as remarkable.
