Jean Santiago- Extremely Rude
Aggressive sales tactics. When I turned down their policy bc I already had coverage they actually called me back and yelled at me. Jean Santoago was extremely unprofessional. Be warry of this company and their deceitful sales tactics. If you do decide you want mortgage insurance I would choose a different company. Disappointing behavior all around.

Taking out the insurance was hassle free
I had to make a claim in August on the 10th of August the tablet was collected to see if it could be fixed absolutely no correspondence since then as to what was happening with the claim
I rang this week then to be told it couldn't be fixed and to wait 3 to 5 days more for the insurance money to go through which brings it up to 2 months with no tablet
I payed my monthly fee even tough we had no tablet
More correspondence would make the whole process less stressful for all parties

I have been with Gadget for over 3 years and unfortunately I have had reason to make claims and each claim was dealt with efficiently and hassle free.
Every member of staff I dealt with were really helpful and nothing was too much bother
I'd highly recommend that anyone looking to insure their possessions use Gadget

I can see that your last policy was covering the Apple iPhone 12 128GB and your new policy is covering the Samsung Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 512GB. Due to the change is device and the increase in the GB it has affected the premiums.
