I used Gadgets Recycled this week, and the process was smooth and quick! Posted the device on Tuesday and received the payment on Friday. Lovely lovely customer service, will definitely use again!☺️

I was originally offered £260 for my phone so I sent it to them to be told there was faults to the rear camera so they tried to offer me £150. I had to pay £27 for it to be returned. I have since sent it to another company who have tested it and confirmed there aren’t any faults and paid £248. Do not use this company they try to rip you off and then charge a ridiculous amount to return the phone to you.

Really quick turnaround and a decent price for an old phone with a cracked screen. Quick easy process

Totally unhappy. told valued around £300. Sent phone told not model I’d stated, when I’d copied full details off phone info. Offered me £125 claiming had numerous faults which untrue. I asked for it returning and now demanding £27 to return it. Feel this a total con. Have contacted police on this matter and now in process of going to small claims court. Totally disgusted

There was a hiccup with my order - my fault, I'd put the wrong iPhone model into the system. The issue was resolved quickly and fairly with a courteous email and a prompt response. Will definitely use again.
