Brilliant service

Excellent customer service, made me aware that I would lose money to fees receiving money via PayPal & offered to send via Bank Transfer instead. Money was in my account very quickly after that. Happy to recommend.

Very happy customer
Great personal service. My phone was damaged, so I wasn’t sure if it was worth anything; I emailed photos to Gadgets Recycled and Andy confirmed that they would pay for it, arranged for the packaging to be sent to me and told me to include a note about our conversation. I received the package, sent it off and a couple of days later received the money. I was really pleased with the service. They also offered the best price of any phone recycling company online.

Excellent experience with this company. I hadn’t realised when I found them that they were a smaller family run business, and now having had email contact with Andy, I am glad I chose them. They offered a personal touch by emailing me to give me the choice of receiving payment for my device by bank transfer and pointing out that PayPal attracts a fee. I appreciated this contact. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in future.

Great customer service! Communication was amazing from Andy from start to finish. Payment was received the same day phone arrived and I was paid quoted price. Would definitely recommend to family and friends and will be using myself again!
