Company are scammers i spent over £3000 on camera gear never got it kept making excuses my bank luckly gave my money back i never got a refund from this company avoid at all costs

I bought the camera Sony Alpha 7R IV at the lowest price all over the place, and I also bought three lenses, which was also a very low price. I got it within a week

Despite numerous attempts at having the item expidited to myself I still never even recieved the camera I ordered in the end.
Their customer service was helpful but I would rather just have recieved the items than having them keep chasing it up. So after about a couple of months they offered me the full refund without any proper explanation as to what the problem really was.
I would never ever purchase from this company again under any circumstances.

Obviously a con. I paid for a phone that turned out not to exist. I eventually got a refund, but what a waste of time.

Ordered Sony A7Rv and 2 lenses in Oct 2024. Charged credit card and still had not shipped 2 months later. Stopped responding to Chat and e-mails. Phone not in service.
Credit card refunded money but Gadget Ward disputed my claim but luckily I had screenshots of my chats and e-mails to them with no replies. Would not order anything from them.

Placed an order for a camera, was told a time frame, when that time frame was up, I was told another 2 weeks, then after that another 2 weeks and so on until I just canceled my order as I had been waiting for almost 3 months. Got my refund fairly quickly but never buying here again.

Never received order made in January 2025, no contact, no response.

A big Scammer. I ordered Sony FE70-200 f2.8 gsm II lens money was taken from my account and had no response until one month, luckily money was paid with PayPal credit and got refund after reporting to PayPal.

My stuff never came and customer support was terrible.

Ordered a ( CANON 90D.BODY ) in October took the money NEVER received it
tried contacting them several times, no results ....

Never received the lens or a refund all I got was excuses & empty promises. Gave up and realised that I had been scammed....

Did not recieve my order and after 12 weeks had to get my money back. Would not recommend, will not use again.

I paid $3000 for a lens.
Never sent.
No refund.
I have sent dozens of emails and have only received one reply.
I paid with a credit card so I have contacted them to get a refund as these criminals don't respond to anything.

After nearly four months I finally got my refund from my credit card provider.
Customer service is non-existent.
Lens was never shipped.
Out of over 100 emails and messages I sent them I actually had one response that promised to give me a refund that was never given.
Absolutely the worst place to deal with.
If I could give negative infinity stars I would.
Don't ever buy anything from these criminals.

This brand new website ‘GearClix’ popped up promptly after the closure of Gadgetward and the address on the website was similar to Gadgetward.

I did some further digging to publicly available information and found both are indeed from the same outfit Sureworld Infosolutions Pvt.Ltd

I would recommend pursuing them to claw back money lost and prevent more victims.

My order had not arrived 3 months after being placed. I was buying the camera for a safari trip. I phoned and was promised that it would be dispatched within 10 days. It was not. As it was too late for my trip I cancelled the order and was promised a refund which I have not received. This was done by email as they were no longer receiving phone calls.That was in December.

Item never turned up even allowing twice the expected delivery time. Quite disappointed.
Got full refund so can't complain too much I suppose.
