GadgetWiz offers a decent service with friendly and efficient staff who provide convenient pick-up and delivery. My initial experience was slightly marred by a mix-up in billing, but overall, they proved reliable and repaired my device swiftly. While I'd recommend them for their prompt service, make sure to plan in advance, and double-check your bill to avoid any surprises.

Quick, efficient, friendly service. Not expensive for picking up and delivering it back to my door. Very personal service from the email team and the driver.

Very unfortunate. After great and fast service, I've been left with a "dud". In short, I had my macbook pro battery replaced in December last year. However in late September 2022, I noticed problems with the battery not holding charge and an immediate service recommended by the OS. Upon investigation I learned that the "replaced" battery was manufactured in 2013!! I tried to make contact via the site, email and whatsapp listed on their site and previously used. No response at all. Since late Novemeber, less than a year from when it was installed, the battery has completely failed and won't work unless plugged in. Charge cycles remain in the norm, which means the battery was not suitable from the start. They charged me for a non-compliant, old battery, doomed to fail. GW only "guarantee" their work for a month because it's likely whatever they do will last that long, the future functioning is purely by chance! I left a review about their excellent work and communication. This is all now null and void. I am working away from London and not able to tackle this in person. Their lack of communication to my queries and disappointment is blatantly underhand. I cannot at all put faith in any of their work and reputation. Maybe they were good/legit once, but cutting corners for customers who put trust in their work is daylight robbery . An unfortunate event which is not yet resolved.

Terrible service. Hours after having my phone repaired it shut down and I am unable to restore it. Customer services have not only denied all responsibility but completely ignored my emails.
I sent my IPhone XS for repair as the ear speaker (used during calls) had stopped working. I emailed first and GadgetWiz confirmed that they would be able to make this repair. My phone was returned the next day, not same day as originally promised, but although the audio problem was fixed I immediately noticed that the FaceID was not working. The phone then shut down without warning, restarted ok, but then later that evening shut down again and became stuck in a restart loop. Attempts to restore the phone to factory settings have been unsuccessful and the phone now is completely dead. On contacting GadgetWiz they claimed that the FaceID function must have been damaged at the same time as the ear speaker, but this is impossible as the FaceID was still working for weeks after the ear speaker stopped working - it only stopped working after the GadgetWiz ‘repair’. They would not take any responsibility for the phone shutting down and refused to pick up the phone and examine it again. I am absolutely disgusted and intend to pursue the matter until I receive at least a refund for the repair cost and ideally compensation for the loss of my phone.

I found GadgetWiz on google, I had a cracked screen on my iPhone. GadgetWiz provided an excellent service, my phone was collected and returned perfectly. They kept me updated by email. Excellent company highly recommended.

I ordered a screen and rear-glass replacement. The collection was prompt and easy. But a couple of days after the repaired phone was returned to me, I noticed the microphone wasn't working; no-one could hear me on calls, I couldn't send voice notes. When I raised this issue with GadgetWiz, they dismissed me and said the issue had nothing to do with them. (Despite the issue not being there before and the fact that replacing screens can affect the microphone).

After some difficult back and forth emails, they agreed to take the phone again and have another look. They admitted the problem, and attempted to fix it. Unfortunately, not only did the issue with the microphone persist, the front-facing camera also became very dusty and blurry. It's so bad, so unusable, that I now need to sell my phone.

Gadgetwiz was very pleasant, simple and helpful to deal with. My phone was picked up at my home on the agreed time, the screen replaced and the phone returned the same day even earlier than promised. A very convenient, good value and reliable phone repair service.

Although it took longer than anticipated to get my ipad fixed GadgetWiz have been an absolute pleasure to work with.
Their personalised customer care has been outstanding.
I would recommend you use GadgetWiz for any device issue.

Faultless from end to end; call to explain the issue; payment; collection and delivery back to me on the same day. They kept me informed every step of the way and even sent my phone back via Uber so they would keep to time as their driver was busy. Extremely impressive!

Fantastic service from GadgetWiz. My daughter's phone was so smashed up, and I was horrified at the prices quoted for repair but I found the guys at GadgetWiz online and the service was awesome. Collected and repaired and delivered back on the same day, and I thought the price was very reasonable. They stayed in touch throughout the day, giving me updates and timings and I would really recommend them.

Picked up and returned phone fully repaired to my home. in less than four hours. Charged me a lot less than others had quoted for a much slower service. I’ll be using them again for sure. A1 Quality. No brainer, these guys are good!

I had an iPad which had a dark screen and wouldn't connect. In short it was dead. I saw an advert for GadgetWiz which stated that they could revitalize or repair any mobile gadget. I decided to give them a try for the £64 they advertised. This was just ti run tests and diagnosis of what the problem may be. They collected by 9:15am and identified the problem by 1pm. I paid an extra £20 to flush out the virus and sanitize and refresh my iPad. My iPad was returned by 6:15pm the same day. Superb customer service. I would definitely recommend GadgetWiz to everyone!!!

Smashed my iPad screen and ordered a replacement with GadgetWiz. The next day it was collected, fixed and delivered. They were very flexible with delivery times. Very pleased with the service! Definitely recommend. 5* from me. Cheers, Kuba
