Very slow, don’t accept cash & the toilet was dirty as hell.

I visit today the gail's in Mortlake. I asked for cappuccino. I saw the barista making my coffee and that wasn't a cappuccino that was 100% a cafe latte or flat white no idea... i said to him that this is not a cappuccino this is caffe late and he said yes it is a cappuccino. Then another colleague of him came up by saying this is the cappuccino we make here.
I said, no cappuccino is cappuccino and there is only one way to make it, as its italian and has to be the italian way of cappuccino. by continue saying please may i have a normal italian style cappuccino and they still continue to argue and then the barista full in irony said. ''Ok madam look i am throwing away this coffee and i am making you and italian way cappuccino.'' by they one extra guy from the staff was involved as well plus the guy behind in the kitchen saying in irony ''welcome to uk''
Meanwhile the barista was preparing the cappuccino foam and the three of them were laughing and having an irony in their face agains me. he made the cappuccino the way it should be and i can admit it was nice.
The point is one of the guys probably manager said with irony while the barista was making my coffee I have been in italy that's not haw they make the cappuccino.
and then the 3rd guy that was there as well jump and said in the most irony of all of them ; DO YOU KNOW WHAT IS THAT, THAT YOU ARE DRINKING THAT IS JUST BUBBLES''
1. I don't go to coffee shop to be insulted by three staff memeber's
2. I don't go to a shop to show me what is cappuccino. I drink all of my life cappuccino and cappuccino is foam milk with espresso shots.
3. I founded very rude! and, to the barista was very clear what i was asking when i said an Italian style cappuccino. So no need to get insulted and judge why i want my coffee this style plus clearly it seems that the way i drink my cappuccino seems to exist i didn't asked for something that was crazy.
Very rude, very bad service. not worthy even if at the end the cappuccino was nice. There many other places that make good coffee too and they will treat you with more respect and listen to you with more respect on how you drink your coffee.

Stale San Francisco sourdough bread. Gail’s charging artisan prices for mass produced bread. Bread very hard as though a day old.
