I've had an uncomfortable encounter with Gail's.
Below is my email of complaint to Gail.
I went into the St. John's Wood store late afternoon. There was one other customer, she was buying one of the loafs from the shelf.
There were two people serving, however I was seen but ignored for quite a few minutes. I asked for one of the loafs. Despite being on the shelf, I was refused to buy one. They'd suddenly been deemed in transit. I should have taken one off the shelf shouldn't I.
That's it for me. I wont come again, I know when I'm not wanted. But certainly needed on trust pilot.
