I lost all my money

I made already a 1-star-rating. Was it deleted or why it’s not possible to see? This company should be sued!!! The algo does not work. I have screenshots. You only have to pay. The support does not answer your questions after you helped them realizing that it is not working. Guys, don’t buy, you will lose your money!!!

Like a scam indicator, accurate rate 20%, but good promotion videos to attract people, only post the accurate part.

Yes its a proper scam never buy first i purchased gainzalgo v2 but they say buy gainzalgo v2 Alpha is the best then i purchased the alpha addition i lose my $400 for this scam never buy it please!!!! I copy that script which i purchased when i applied it on trading view is not same as shown in picture or videos so please be careful before purchasing it.

Trustpilot was supposed to analyze the site better, they are fraud, the positive reviews are the ones who create a lot of accounts and keep doing it, the product is worthless, it is fraud. DO NOT BUY THIS YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY. YOUTUBE VIDEOS ARE ALL FAKE THE INDICATOR IS ACTUALLY A SCRIPT THAT IS USELESS.

I tested GainzAlgo V2 ALPHA and honestly I’m not satisfied. The confirmations are very late — by the time a Buy or Sell signal shows up, the move is almost over. This makes entries unstable and unreliable especially in fast-moving markets like Gold and Nasdaq. It often fake and gives delayed confirmation, which is risky if you want timely trades. Needs major improvement before I can recommend it.

They advised me to buy Gainzalgo pro 49,- It simple doesn't work as showed in the video/short. I tested 60 Indicators. So I know what I am doing. Several free indicator are better.

I purchased a digital product (GainzAlgo script for TradingView), but never received a working file. The seller kept sending the same broken download link, which gives this error: “NoSuchKey – The specified key does not exist.”

I contacted them multiple times, but they either ignored me or gave vague replies. At one point, they even asked for my TradingView password, which is completely unprofessional and unsafe.

I have now contacted my bank to request a chargeback and report this as fraud.
I do not recommend this at all – avoid!

I bought this indicator, it worked and then stopped working for whatever reason. Initially, Jordan had to go into my TradingView account to setup because the link I received would not work, so I paid $9.95 for setup. It worked for a few days then stopped working. Jordan then steered me to their 'Optimization Service' for $24.95...I said no. Now indicator does not work at all on any currency pairs on any timeframe...I feel scammed. Disputed it with AMEX...they ruled against me too...Pulse Algo and Forex Robotron are working much better. Stay away from GainzAlgo...scam alert.

i bought the indicator and it did not work as advertised then i was offered to get it optimised which cost an extra 25usd so i asked for a refund as it was not working and for it to work i have to pay extra money highly. refund was never given. do not recommend

Review of GainzAlgo V2 Alpha - Honest Experience
I bought GainzAlgo V2 Alpha after seeing their aggressive online ads that promised accurate signals and strong trading performance. Unfortunately, the indicator did not meet my expectations. It was inconsistent, failed to provide useful signals, and often generated trades in poor market conditions.
I contacted support about a refund, but their policy does not allow refunds once the product is downloaded, regardless of how well it performs. Despite contacting them multiple times, they would not acknowledge the product's issues or offer a solution.
It's disappointing to see a company focus more on marketing than on product quality. I expected more from a provider claiming to offer “game-changing tools.” I do not recommend this product to serious traders unless they make improvements or change the refund policy to be fairer to consumers.
Buyer beware: this was not worth the investment.

N'acheter surtout pas l'indicateur. Malgré ce qu'on peut voir sur internet concernant leurs promesses de signales parfait, l'indicateurs doit donner à peut près 1/10 signals à peut près valables, tout le restes vous induit en erreurs. J'aurai du m'en douter, ça me paraissait un peu trop beau pour être vrai, surtout quand on voit leurs prix barrés qui vous donnes l'impression de faire une affaire alors que c'est pour bien vous la mettre

I purchased the GainsAlgo Alpha indicator with high expectations based on their bold marketing claims. Unfortunately, the reality fell far short. The indicator’s accuracy was shockingly poor—signals were inconsistent, frequently late, and in many cases completely misaligned with actual market movements. It provided no reliable edge and, if anything, introduced unnecessary risk and confusion into my trading process.

After experiencing these serious performance issues, I reached out to the GainsAlgo team to request a refund. To my surprise and disappointment, they flatly refused. Instead of standing behind their product, they offered me “optimization support” for an additional fee per chart—essentially charging me more to fix something that clearly didn’t work as advertised in the first place.

This felt like a bait-and-switch. You’re lured in with promises of “plug-and-play” accuracy, only to be told you need further costly support to make it work.

In my opinion, this is not a trustworthy or trader-friendly company. Their product underdelivers, their support is evasive, and their refund policy is non-existent. If you’re serious about your trading, I strongly advise you to look elsewhere for tools that are transparent, effective, and backed by real customer service.

DON’T BUY GAINZ ALGO – Complete Scam – My Experience (250$ Loss)
I’m writing this review after being completely scammed by GainzAlgo. I paid $250 for the “V2 Alpha Best Version” of their trading indicator. I believed their flashy videos and trusted Jordan from their support team.

After payment:

They asked for my TradingView login password, which is already unsafe.

After setup, the indicator did NOT work as shown in their videos.

It gave false signals, didn’t change even if I adjusted settings (risk-reward, timeframe, etc.).

When I begged for help and best settings, they said it requires another paid "optimization service". Why wasn’t this mentioned before?

I requested a refund many times, explaining I’m already at loss, but they coldly rejected, even though the product clearly doesn’t function as advertised.

This $250 was my 3-month savings, and I truly trusted them. Their behavior is unethical, manipulative, and heartless. I’m posting this with full proof, including screenshots of our chat.

⚠️ Please don’t fall for this scam. Don’t believe their marketing lies. Once they get your money, you’re on your own. This is not a legitimate trading tool, it’s a trap for beginners.

ABSOLUTE SCAM! I ordered the Gainzalgo V1 version PRO. I was sent the script, added it in and the signals looked distorted. I went on the online chat and I think it's a bot as we went back and forth for hours. I asked for a refund, sent screen shots of the indicator as I spent $44 and they said no because I have received the script and then they tried to get more money out of me for the newer version. STAY AWAY ALL!!

The indicator looks good from what I can see and is just what I need. I paid for the indicator, received the script but there is an error in the script code. I tried several times but could not get it to work in TradingView. Next I paid the $9.95 extra for creator to set it up. When I did not hear from anyone, I opened the chat box at 2:14pm est time, it is now 6:00 pm and no one, absolutely no one, has responded in the chat, the chat says their usual response time is 5 minutes. I emailed there support, there is no listed phone number. I have tried everthing to reach someone to help me with this install. This is the absolute worst experience I have had with the purchase (not cheap) of an indicator. Wow!!!

I discovered GainzAlgo through Twitter and was instantly intrigued by the fact that they post live signals the same day they appear (I double-checked this myself). I went ahead and bought the Alpha Best package for $300 — a bit of a stretch for my budget — but it’s been surprisingly accurate and aligns well with what they display on their Twitter feed.
