Morgan and the staff were amazing. Great place and everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable.
I was a customer with Gameday Men’s Health for three months. Every single month I was charged on time, but the product was never shipped on time. Each month came with a different excuse, and the delays got progressively longer.
The final straw: I was billed on March 23rd and as of April 17th — over three weeks later — I still had not received anything. No proactive communication, no resolution until I pushed for one.
The billing system clearly works. The fulfillment and customer service side does not. Three months is long enough to know this isn’t a one-time slip — it’s a pattern. If you’re considering them as a provider, just know that paying does not mean receiving.
The issue has since been resolved, but the experience of having to fight for what I paid for every month is not something I’d wish on anyone!
Charge me every 3-4 weeks and if you miss a shit the woman told me today that it is my fault and would not make the shot up. But still try to charge me $191. Stay away from this place
Absolutely the best experience! Sarah is amazing! Thank you to Gameday Men's Health! Brookfield location outstanding!
I really thought about not leaving this review but after thinking for a while I decided to do it to help other people that could be in the same situation that I did or I am.. The staff at Gameday are very nice, and I understand that they are just doing their jobs but I am just not happy with the way the company do business, I visited Gameday back in July of 2025 and I pay for 6 months of a Hormone treatment, I paid for it in full, closed to 1,200.00 I had to get some blood labs twice and that was an additional 200 each time, during the 6 months I went to the clinic twice, at one time I told the nurse in charge that I did not feel any different, I was still dragging every morning to get up from my bed and I did not feel any energy like I was supposed to, so they went up on my daily intake, from 10mm to 13mm, after 6 months using the hormones, I still feel no difference than day 1, also during those 6 months I had my gallblodder, my doctor sent me for other inpatient surgery and lately I had to go to my regular doctor because I was having abdominal pain, my doctor thinks that it could be related to the hormones that I was taking but he was not sure, he asked me to get my lab test and take them to him in my next visit, I imformed all of that to Rosy from Gameday, she emailed me my lab results and everything, they knew that I have not been taking the hormones like I was supposed to because of my recent health issues, rosy actually texted me on January 28 to let me know that I had to go in for a new blood test, but I told her that i was not taking the hormones because my doctor had told me to stop taking them until they figer out what is giving me the abdominal pain, well all of that did not matter, because they charge my credit card an additionas 1,200 on January 30th, 6 months after my first visit, when I reached out to them about that charge, they told me that my contract stated it was an automatic renewal, every six months, but my problem is that they knew about the different health problems that I have been going over the last 6 months, also I did not go back by the end of January for the new blood test, so how do they know how much dosage do I need, that did not make any sence. I just put a claim with my credit card company because is not fair that I was charge for something that I am not even using, and like I told Rosie on my last communication with her, honestly they stuff that I was given it has to be a very poor quality because I do not feel any different than what I did back in July of 2025, I am not full of energy or anything like that. I am aware that I might not get my money back , but I decided to leave this review because of the business tactics that they have, I am also a business owner and I would never do that to any of my clients, not 1,200.00 but oh well, lesson learn.
I received services as a customer and helped location with marketing at a 1099 employee in Billings MT. With company prior to even officially opening. Personally hung cabinets on walls in office etc. services are very high priced with monthly fees billed every 4 weeks. Location charges customers different prices for same services depending on what provider determines a customer may be able to afford. Pretend to care about customer but only care about making money. Staff wages pay raises etc depends solely on if clinic is making enough money how many patients sign up etc. would recommend doing your due diligence researching all options available prior to using Billings MT location
The Frederick office is extremely unprofessional and did not order my TRT on time. The workaround was not satisfactory and overall the customer service is terrible. I do not recommend the Frederick office or the Owings Mills Office because there seems to be a relationship with the two offices.
I have been having issues with Gameday charging my credit card automatically. I began a TRT routine in July and paid over $700 that time. In October I was charged $555, and in November another $555. Is rather expensive for a once a week Testosterone shot.
Had a wonderful experience at the Turnersville location. I was in and out great staff clean and results came back in days and my levels were great they didn’t try to get me to buy anything.
I had a terrible experience. They sent me a text message confirmation and then said that that was a mistake. Shame on them as it took me more than an hour to reach their office. They didn’t even offer an appology.

"This Clinic Is Not What It Seems -- Read Before You Book"
The office is visually appealing, and Gameday's branding is polished and on-point. That said, I left deeply concerned -- and others should be, too.
I came in with recent, comprehensive labs from LabCorp -- a CLIA-certified, FDA-compliant national laboratory -- drawn just two days prior. Despite their completeness and validity, I was told these labs would not be accepted. Instead, I was informed that if I wanted to be seen, I had to repeat all labs in-house -- for a fee.
This practice wasn't disclosed anywhere on their website. There's no upfront indication that in-house labs are mandatory or that patients can't bring results from accredited external labs.
Even more troubling: the clinic is not a credentialed laboratory. They are leveraging an exception loophole for in-office lab services to bypass standard lab oversight, which means no required CLIA certification, no QA, and no obligation for staff to hold clinical credentials. The individual who drew blood during my visit never identified themselves or provided verification of training -- a major red flag in any clinical setting.
This setup isn't just inconvenient -- it's dangerous. Unnecessary venipuncture poses real risks (infection, hematoma, nerve injury), especially when performed by unverified personnel in a non-certified environment. All to chase billable revenue.
And yes -- the provider currently practicing here has a documented disciplinary history with the California Medical Board, including a prior license suspension. That information is public, and patients deserve to know it before entrusting their care. Practitioner: PA Joe Franceschi google his name CA - Reference PA Joe Edward Oscar Franceschi, License #54066. - • Case Number: AAAFC161121220051700
• Date of Action: December 5, 2016
• Action Taken: Probationary license issued
• Reason: Convictions related to:
• Driving under the influence (DUI)
• “Wet reckless” charge (a reduced DUI)
There are other red flags I won't go into here, but I urge you: please be careful with this group. For a clinic that claims to be about men's health, the ethical foundation appears shaky at best.
You deserve safe, transparent, evidence-based care -- and that includes the right to choose your lab provider without coercion.
