I received a very good service from the owner of the site. On a whim I chose to ask the pop up “If you have any questions” bot thing about how long it takes to restock products, not expecting anything other than a robot to answer…only to start talking to a lovely man named Howie in chat. He inquired which items I was looking at and he was able to restock it then and there, as he had stock again but hadn’t realised the site said otherwise.

He was very polite and nice to talk to throughout. My order arrived in great condition in a good timeframe. Would order from Gameduck again.

Good quality, unique products, good shipping. Customer service could be better, tends to ignore questions. Would likely order elsewhere if this wasn’t the only place selling these items.

Great communication back and forth, when the delivery was delayed an immediate refund was offered before I was even aware there was an issue. Spoke to a chap called Howie and they do accept specific custom orders as long as it's possible to do. Great company to go to if your not tech savvy

I have ordered just about everything this guy sells, and some how bought things he didnt sell. He printed labels i designed and helped with custom orders too. If you want a rom hack made into a custom cart, GameDuck does amazing work. I've shopped at a few of these custom cartridge stores and GameDuck hands makes the best ones.

Fantastic! Ordered a couple of pokémon fan games, and came perfect with box and everything! Really beautiful box and games seem to work fine. However quick note, the boxes come unassembled so you'll have to assemble them yourself.
