Worthless
Worthless. Do not deliver on any of the promises made. They dont deliver full acces of the servers they sell. There are restrictions they do not mention. Even after buying and not using the server since youve bought it they wont refund so think twice about buying. The service is dogshit. They take ages to respond and sometimes just ignore other messages. DONT BUY THEIR SERVERS.

Pas na 7 dagen een server en ze negeren mijn verzoek op een refund.
Na het aanschaffen van een server heb ik 7 dagen moeten wachten tot de server daadwerkelijk werkte. Voordat ze de server hebben geactiveerd heb ik al mijn geld terug gevraagd (na een aantal dagen). Hier kreeg ik geen reactie op na het nog eens vragen zouden ze het behandelen. Ik heb nog meer dan een week gewacht maar ze hebben de ticket gewoon gesloten zonder te antwoorden. Bespaar jezelf irritatie en ga naar een ander hosting bedrijf die daadwerkelijk gelijk kan leveren. (dat er iets fout kan gaan kan ik begrijpen, maar je klant weken laten wachten en na het niet kunnen leveren iemand niet refunden of ubehaubt reageren vind ik niet oke)

Had een aantal problemen met mijn server, maar alles is netjes opgelost. Respectvolle eigenaar en medewerker(s) die het hebben opgelost. Snelle klantenservice en de server werkt uitstekend. Absoluut de moeite waard om hier naar te kijken.

Het is een zeer goed bedrijf om te hosten. Maar niet om te werken, geïnteresseerd in het werken bij een hostingbedrijf? Kies absoluut niet dit bedrijf. Je wordt met onrecht behandeld en de eigenaar weet absoluut niks van innovatief & professioneel teamleiding af.
