Phoned for advice on gap cover after not taking it and was helped by David Burns-Keane. Unfortunately I couldn’t use this company but David explained everything in so much detail and helped me attempt to find cover elsewhere.

Just taken out a policy with this company and the staff are 5 star helpful, I would suggest any body taking out a policy to call them with your vehicle invoice and go through it with them as the dealership put on extra costs you cant claim for (eg) paint protection etc. they are very helpful and tell you your exact amount you can claim for

Just taken out gap insurance with this company. Had a very detailed chat with Tim who knows his stuff and subsequently gave me the confidence to go ahead. Sometimes you just get that feeling you are dealing with a nice company.
So very helpful explaining everything I needed to know and attitude from the staff allowed me to relax and not feel pressure.
Very easy company to deal with and wrest quick service
Excellent customer service. Originally took gap insurance in June and that was simple and efficient. Had to make changes recently and rang them. Couldn’t believe how helpful the agent was and an added bonus was that the company deal in a very fair manner and so I got a refund rather than having to pay an additional premium as you would normally do with lots of other companies. Well done and thank you
This company is always clear, precise and polite with any request I may have. In this day and age not being able to see people face to face, I feel it is important you give the customer the feeling of confidence and efficiency over the phone, and that's exactly how I feel every time I'm I deal with them. I would recommend them to anyone, not just because they're miles cheaper than the garage your buying your car from.

I got the quote online and then rang GAP to speak to someone directly. They gave me good advise and the cover i needed, i will definitely be recommending their service to family and friends.

Website was informative with pop up banner advising if you wanted a call back! which I personally did not require but I liked the offer! product was as described and I felt confident in what I was buying especially as it was my first car, it represented excellent value for money ( I opted to pay one off payment so it was out of the way) once I purchased the product the documents were all ready and waiting on my portal and were easy to download which I appreciated! I have not yet had any interaction with customer services but judging by previous reviews I feel confident that I would be able to speak to them with ease and my query should I have one be dealt with quickly! I would definitely recommend to a friend for not only the value but the clear information and ease of use on the website!
