The staff are very friendly and helpful, the quality of the clothing is alright the logo falls off after like 1 wash and the color fades quickly but the fabric is durable. I bought a few tops from here, it's always too tight in the top and wayyy too lose on the bottom so it makes me look fat.

Whenever I come in I am welcomed by wonderful staff and environment that makes me actually want to support the brand. The customer service is always good and the staff are always trying to fit your needs.

Quality is TRASH! Brought and top and skirt and after wearing it once the stitching has began to undo. You get better quality clothes on SHEIN haha. Poor quality and over priced don’t waste your money here!

My package never arrived. it’s been a week and fedex can’t give me an answer as to where it is, and there’s no longer any tracking data.

Garage is a great company for comfortable clothing!! However, the location at Devonshire Mall always has limited options rarely any sales which makes it hard to have the full shopping experience when you only have around four colours to choose from, to make this a five star rating the store should definitely expand the colours they have and continue to bring in old colours, they should also maybe create more clearance/sale racks so people can also shop from there given that garage is pretty expensive.

It was really great with the selection of clothes and I had a great time with the sweet staff helping me! When my size wasn’t available they assisted in helping we with an online order and the shipping was super quick! I also love the clothing quality and the way I feel more confident and empowered whenever I wear my Garage clothes!

There wasn’t as many options in store for the summer sale as I hoped and from what I saw online, and no one asked if I needed help other than the person who lead me to my change room

I ordered a pair of shorts and a top online and had it sent to your store at market mall to pick up. Luckily, I looked in the bag and the shorts were not there after looking at my phone to verify that I had ordered them. there were still a lot of discussion about the pair of shorts that were missing. Finally, I said have you got a pair of shorts here and she said I do and so she gave them to me, but I had to pay for them and you your company is to refund me for the second pair of shorts. It’s just frustrating. I should have gone into the store myself and bought them instead of ordering them online. I bought items at garage before and had no problems.

Not alot of sizes available in store, the entire store was all the same style just color coded around. Prices were outrageously high.

Je trouve que les rabais étaient vraiment bien. La livraison c’est fait rapidement avec beaucoup de courriel confirmant l’arrivée de la commande. Bref j’ai apprécié commander chez garage et c’est sure que je vais recommander!!

It’s is impossible to get in contact with a real person, my package was missing one of my items, even though it said received on all. I like the 2/3 clothes I have received.

The cashier at the Frisco, TX location was very very rude. She was training a new girl, and right in front of us, she proceeded to say “don’t ever give them the clothes until their payment says approved. You don’t want them to run off with it.” Excuse me? Who even says that in front of paying customers. It was rude, tasteless and tacky. We were visiting from out of town because El Paso doesn’t have one. I’m not sure if she said it because the associates were white and were Mexican, or what the reasoning one. Either way we won’t be shopping with this company anymore.

Both items came damaged despite spending almost $90 on a set. The bra has a black/blueish stain while the shorts have several ripped seams. Truly disappointing for the amount of money being spent.

This was my first time ordering from Garage, and unfortunately it will likely be my last.

I paid $35 for shipping and my order arrived with one item missing and another item in the wrong color. Customer service refunded the missing item, but because their system doesn’t allow replacements, I was told I would have to place a brand-new order and pay shipping again if I wanted the correct shirt.

While the customer service representative was kind and professional throughout the process, the company’s policies left me paying for a mistake that wasn’t mine. A refund for the missing item doesn’t resolve the fact that I still don’t have what I originally ordered, and I don’t think customers should have to pay additional shipping costs to correct a fulfillment error.

I appreciate the representative’s professionalism, but Garage’s resolution was 450 reward points and no way to receive the correct item without spending more money. That’s disappointing for a company of this size.

I hope Garage reevaluates its policies so future customers aren’t left in the same situation.
