If you're looking for a cheep or low-quality window, these are not for you. I used to install garage doors, so I've seen and installed a good number of doors. These windows are really high-quality and simple to install. You might pay a few more $$ for these, but you get what you pay for. You will not be disappointed with these.

The frames were broken when we unpacked them because they weren't packaged properly ,but I called and told them and they sent us new frames within 2 days.We're very happy with them.

I'm not big on writing reviews, but I thought I would do one for your business as I was *extremely pleased* with what I purchased. I've been trying to buy a black side & top seal kit for my garage door in an aluminum extrusion and couldn't find anything in Quebec for the consumer market. I purchased some plastic ones from my local renovation center, and they lasted a year, where all wrapped from the sun/heat, real joke. You were the only company that offered aluminum extruded ones, cut in convenient length for shipping, and I have to say the quality is amazing compared to the plastic extruded stuff available in the hardware stores and this at a similar price. Very very happy with your Canadian made quality product. Thanks a lot.

Just want I was looking for

windows are very good, but the crews to attach the two sides together to short . need 2 1/4 inch ship 1 3/4

Online order not shipped after more than two weeks after they charged my credit card. I request cancellation and refund; They emailed that they cancel and refunded order which did not happen. The next day they provided a tracking number to Paypal, which after another week shows not picked up (awaiting shipper). Had to initiate credit card dispute. UPDATE 3-12-25: Order #GDL1972 on 2-21-25 and as of today UPS has never picked up item. You are totally untrustworthy.

exactly what was ordered easy to install with a perfect fit.

The product is good but the interior frame is not black, as shown, but white. Our old window interior frame, albeit with a small crack in it, is being reused. The screws that came with the window are too short for the thickness of the door we referenced, also. I messaged the company to get longer screws, preferably in black, and await a response...
