BUYER BEWARE!!!

Do Not Order From This Company!!!! I wish I had read reviews before I ordered. I ordered bunnies for Easter in February. They never arrived. The company said they would resend them. It is June and I still haven't received them. The company claims the tracking says they were delivered. They were not.

According to their website, the company is in the US, however the items were shipped from China.

If I could give it zero stars, I would. I ordered some Easter items from them back in March. They still have not arrived. When I contacted customer service, I was told that I could not cancel my order because the shipment had already cleared customs. I was promised delivery within 10 business days. I HAVE STILL NOT RECEIVED THE DELIVERY. I spent almost $100 on items that I will never receive and they will not issue a refund. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE/ SELLER!

Never received my Gardenerk order

I ordered Easter bunnies for my grandkids on March 18,2026 and have never received them I spent $63.28 for them. As of today I have not received them. The Gardenerk company promised to resend the order when I contacted them in early April. They never did resend them and now they will not respond to me at all. It’s a total scam. Do not order from them!

Wish I could rate it a -1, because this company runs a total scam. I blame myself for not checking the reviews before ordering 😡
Ordered 3/3/26. Numerous updates as to shipping. Supposedly arrived in Sioux Falls 4/1. Shipment hasn’t moved since. Gardenerk first said they would reship, new shipment never arrived. Won’t issue a refund. Sent a different tracking # that goes nowhere. Gardenerk should be renamed Gardenerk.

I also ordered Easter gifts for my son’s family and nothing ever received! The support email keeps sending a tracking number that says still in transit but Easter has long since passed. This company is at best a JOKE but more likely a scam.

Wish I had read reviews first!

I ordered Easter gifts for my grandkids on February 24, 2026--spending more than $164. The gifts never arrived. When I contact Gardenerk they tell me my products are still being shipped. Easter is long past. Buyer beware. This company IS NOT LEGIT.

Ordered Easter gifts in early March. They overcharged my PayPal, but did correct the error. It is now 5 weeks later- 2 weeks after Easter- and gifts still not delivered!

If I could rate a zero I would.
COMPLETE SCAM website. Expensive hidden shipping costs and the merchandise never comes.
They claim delivered although tracking says order was not delivered. And forget about getting any customer service after the fact.

I placed an order February 18th 2026 and never received a tracking or response I have tried to cancel my order several times and received auto response emails.

This is the worst online purchase experience I have ever had.!!!

Ordered 2 items on March 2, 2026. The items were intended as Easter gifts. Contacted the company multiple times starting March 25, 2026, asking for a refund. They insisted it was in process and they could not issue a refund. I repeatedly requested tracking information. It was provided, but completely in Chinese. It is now April 13, 2026, and the tracking information they provided still shows on a map that the item in in China. This is a scam. I am working with my payment service to get a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I order a vehicle care kit from Gardenerk via an ad on Facebook back in February. The tracking showed that it came from the Czech Republic. It’s now April. I finally emailed to ask why my order was stuck in Denver. I then got an email back with a separate tracking URL saying that the product was already delivered and then gave me a tracking number, saying to check with my post office or if my neighbors had signed for it.

The tracking number wasn’t a post office tracking number and my neighbors had not given me any package. Now I’m getting no replies to my emails.

This company is nothing but swindlers. And screw Facebook for giving this company a platform!

This place is a scam

This place is a scam. Never received item, they won’t refund my money, claiming they are re-sending the item but I no longer want it because it was to be an Easter gift. I completely doubt they sent or will send the item. I wish I had researched them before placing an order.
