Excellent, they kept me informed about my order when I asked. I requested a change to my order three weeks before it was due to be delivered, and they were very accommodating.

Would not recommend this company gardenhouse24, very bad to deal with and the aftercare is awful, also the boss lady cathrin must be a politician she has an answer for everything but does s.f.a about anything what a joke, steer clear.

A fast service for a good product.

Great experience overall. I went with the Compact Garden Room Monaco 44 C with a Probase foundation and I’m very happy with it. The team arrived on time and had everything completed in around 4 hours. They left the site clean and tidy afterwards.

Daniel was excellent and installed it with his colleague — very professional and efficient throughout. Catherine and the office staff were also great to deal with and answered all of my queries.

Very happy with the service and the end result.

From start to finish I could not fault the team at GardenHouse , I bought my unit just 4 months ago and they came and built it (Monoco)in a day no hiccups , much appreciated especially to do it during the cold weather.

Terrible service. Absolutely could not recommend. We were months into the process of ordering an extension model from them and were advised it could only be attached if we had the exterior wrap insulation removed from our house. We paid to have it removed and were told on multiple occasions that someone would come out to view the site and nobody ever showed. We then spent WEEKS chasing them for a response, only for them to come back and say they were no longer offering the installation service. They said we could purchase the materials and find our own installation team, and the materials quote was nearly more than the quote that included installation!! We were told we would have to source other materials ourselves as they wouldn’t provide them for self install (when it wasn’t even our choice). Absolutely disgusted with the service we received from this company and we are now out of pocket for removing installation when it wasn’t even needed in the first place! They stated they never advised us to remove the insulation when I have an email stating the team would have ‘no issues doing the installation once the insulation was removed’. Shocking customer service. Would not recommend.

I’m not sure where you’ve taken the quote of “we have and would attach to a house that has not been externally insulated” as the quote I am referring to was taken from the email received by you on August 8th at 10.24am stating “ After speaking to the teams - Yes they would have no issue in joining the two structures if the house external insulation was removed”. I responded to say we would go ahead and remove it yet you are now claiming I must have misunderstood your email? Outrageous.

Also the family member who mentioned he didn’t have any major concerns about me allowing the install to be done with the insulation on as he had worked with it in the past, was my 78 year old retired builder father whom I never once suggested would be capable of building an extension on his own. Again, outrageous.

There was no mention of a team member coming out to do measurements or review the site initially as it was requested we send the measurements ourselves. I included the information regarding the insulation along with photos in my email to you in June along with the requested measurements. Then between August and September I was told someone would come out to view the site after we had removed the insulation and nobody ever did. I was then told at the end of September, after chasing with emails and calls that went unsanswered, that the installation option was no longer available, we could purchase the materials ourselves and source items ourselves that you wouldn’t supply (flashing, insulation for roof and floor) which worked out more expensive and you’re surprised I chose to leave a negative review of this experience?

Highly recommend this company. They delivered end to end customer service. To begin with, they were quick to respond to my initial request about a suitable unit for our unconventionally shaped garden space. They were detailed, clear and polite in all communications. They kept us regularly updated on the status of the installation date and provided clear guidance on what to expect. Payment of deposit and full amount worked perfectly through a trusted third party. The installation team arrived early and worked very hard all day to install the unit. They cleaned up all the debris, taking extra care to pick up nails so our two puppies would not eat them. A team of total professionals, you're in safe hands if you choose them.

Brilliant company to deal with. Always at the end of the phone and the unit arrived exactly as informed and depicted on their website. The cost was 100% better than any other offers out there. If your in doubt of ordering on the internet - relax - this is a wonderful company (you can be confident in your order).

We purchased the Kubi 44 in April. The whole process from purchase to install was extremely smooth with all workmen and contractors arriving as scheduled. Catherine (MD) was very helpful and obliging, Daniel and the construction team were very efficient and professional also. All communication was clear and accurate throughout.
We find the garden room itself to be a solid and secure structure. High end, good quality materials were used and it has been sealed to protect it from any water seeping in. The electrician was very obliging also and fitted type C & USB sockets as well as the cabling to connect the fiber broadband out to the garden house.
Overall, we are very pleased with Gardenhouse24 as a service provider and would highly recommend the company.

We recently purchased a Gent 28 Shed. The unit is well designed and made with high quality wood materials. The veranda area is ideal for our changeable Irish weather. Catherine in the office was very helpful and always available to resolve any issues we had. Brian and his installation team were excellent, very knowledgeable and very accommodating. The cabin didn’t survive two winters (it was erected mid March 2023 and collapsed January 2025). Soon after being installed the roof leaked but this was dealt with by Gardenhouse24.ie when I let them know.

January 2025 roof took off and landed in a field. I had the walls pinned down with concrete posts by a local tradesperson. Had I not it may all have ended up in the field. Once the roof goes, structural integrity is lost and it all falls apart. Factor in the cost of flooring and furniture lost…a lot of money wasted. I asked a carpenter to look at it to see if it could be repaired: his words “shoddy, not worth repairing”. 😔

This was a flawless experience. From the start of my initial enquiry, to selecting and getting different options to suit my needs. The follow up during the waiting period was excellent and expectations were well set as it arrived before the initial agreed time. The installation was quick and efficient. Finished product was better than my expectations. Really impressed overall and will definitely use again in the future.
Special shoutout to Laura who helped me specifically throughout the process but all staff were exceptionally helpful.
