Amazing product
We couldn't believe 3 days after we made our payment our hot tub arrived! The delivery driver was excellent, he managed to get the tub down our garden onto the slab with minimum fuss and set it up quickly.
The tub heated up as quick as claimed and was amazing to relax in !
All the Gardenvity team are amazing, very helpful !
We are beyond happy with our purchase and highly recommend them to anyone thinking of making a purchase .

A few tweaks needed but still great 😊
I opted for the full package 8-10 person hot tub. A very speedy delivery, delivery guys where great and very friendly. Hot tub looks great and we love the lid that’s it’s so easy to put on off and if folds back. Heats really quickly.
A few issues may need addressing that would make the hot tub feel much safer.
- the electrics and filter are in the same compartment so we did have an issue where watcher poured all over the electrics. The electric sockets really need to be covered better and be able to have the waterproof covers that close when the plugs are in or even a splash hood to prevent water getting near the sockets.
The metal tray that comes with it , rusted after 1 day of getting wet and stained our patio.
We also think there is a lot of spare room under the hot tub that would benefit massively from an extra door for storage to house logs, fire starter, lighter, cleaning sponges, thermometer.
The water only really last us 2 days before it starts to smell even with the filter so we are playing around with different things to try. Although we are having to empty it and refill a lot more that we where expecting we still feel it’s better than sitting in chlorine.

To address your suggestions and concerns,
- As for electricity - the current electric sockets used in Gardenvity hot tubs are equipped with an RCD ( Residual current device) which protects both the electric hot tub devices and yourself from any current leakages. The relay will switch off all the components should anything happen that might cause a risk to equipment or the user. At the very moment, our R&D team is working on improving the standards of our products which include the electric sockets.
- As for water splashes when doing the filter maintenance work. Please always double-check if the water filter inlet/outlet hoses are plugged at the hot tub liner. When both holes are blocked, only a minimum amount of water will run out slowly and safely when opening the filter cap since there is no water pressure. Try and open the cap very slowly, so even if some water does get out, it will not run over the mains sockets.
- Thank you for the insights on benefiting from the spare room under the hot tub. However, we must discourage you and anybody else from using it for storage for the following reasons:
1. All the electric devices used in the Gardenvity hot tub require a proper ventilation for cooling - especially the air jets compressor. It needs enough air circulation around. Thus, no objects should be placed nearby that could affect adequate ventilation.
2. When storing firewood logs, there is a risk of damaging the fibreglass insert walls, air hoses and other devices or parts installed under the wooden cladding.
3. If stored unstably, firewood logs may fall and damage some hot tub parts or the integrated devices. We should let you know that the damages incurred could not be subject to our warranty in such a case.
- Regarding the condensation drip tray - thank you for letting us know about it getting rusty. We are currently looking for a different make to replace the item which does not meet our standards.
- The water filter alone will not solve the problem of decreasing water quality. We always emphasize the need of using suitable non-chlorine water treatment products. High quality product, great customer service, very fast delivery, great communication. Great price.
Having done lots of research, we chose the wood fired hot tub from Gardenvity and are thrilled with the result.
We opted for full installation and very pleased with results. Delivery was seamless, with lots of communication. Installation was done methodically and with attention to details. The Tub itself feels very high quality, really comfortable and is going to be used often. The curved steps are well worth the money, beautifully made and easy to use, no concern about missing them as you get out. The bubbles are perfect not too vigorous but a gentle massage to make it perfect. The filter is quiet and the lights add a sense of fun in the evenings. The whole thing feels like a quality item, and behaves like one too. It looks identical to the beautiful pictures on the website. All questions were answered immediately and the live demo (we watched a recorded one) answer all the silly questions you might have.
(yes this is the same as the review I gave in google but worth saying again!)

Great product
Great product, great responsive service. Still surprised how well a wood fired tub works! Note: don’t go too heavy firing up. If the flames in the oven go out, it doesn’t mean that it is no longer heating up the water! Only gripe, the chimney fitting needs some attention. Doesn’t feel as secure as I would have wanted but NOT a deal breaker.

You're absolutely right about overdoing with heating. One may want to keep burning more and more logs, but embers in the heater will also do the job at a later stage, with no need for flames all the time.
The chimney construction, as you said, needs some attention when assembling it. Our team is always ready to advise on any issues whenever something seems wrong. Most of the time, these issues only need some quick fixes that customers can do themselves easily when they know what's wrong.
And it's been a while now since we've included a special bracket in a standard package to make the chimney even more sturdy and stable.

Five star tub and 5 star service
Five star tub and 5 star service. The staff are extremely helpful and kept me updated regarding delivery date and time. When the tub arrived the delivery driver went over and above to get it into our back garden over difficult ground. I would definitely recommend this company.

What a wonderful company to deal with! From initial enquiry through to day of delivery Diana and Milda kept us so well informed. We live down a steep drive so logistically getting the tub delivered was a challenge. But the delivery men were so so helpful, and patient in the pouring rain! The tub is finally set up in our garden, the quality is incredible - so well made, better than we expected! Our young kids are loving the tub, it's been the best de-stress gift to our family after such hectic times. Cannot recommend this enough. Thank you!

Gardenvity hot tub
We purchased our hot tub last summer after lockdown as a treat to ourselves instead of a holiday. Having compared products and prices online, the Gardenvity tub and deal stood out. We are thrilled with the quality of the tub - it certainly matches everything stated on their website. Milda and Daina were excellent in keeping us informed and in responding quickly to any queries we had about the product and its delivery. Only snag was that the delivery men could have been more involved in helping us move the tub to its desired spot - that's why 4 stars and not 5. I know Daina took the issue up with the delivery men afterwards, and am confident that this is unlikely to happen again. Much cheaper to run than an electric one, and great fun firing it up. Very atmospheric on a cold winter's evening! Go for it.

Re. the only snag you've mentioned, at the time you bought your hot tub, we could only offer a free kerbside delivery. Your situation and feedback actually inspired us to think of ways to include a full delivery & installation service for an extra fee, which we’ve been offering for quite a while now with our partners in the UK. And it truly helps some people who do not have the necessary tools or manpower to handle placement of such a large item completely hassle-free.

1st Class Product & Customer Service
We decided to purchase a wood-fired hot-tub from Gardenvity in Feb 2021 following much research on different websites. Our purchase was supported all the way by Milda who was instrumental in us deciding to purchase. Milda was at the end of the phone whenever we had a question and was super helpful. The hot-tub arrived promptly and was installed professionally. We’ve spent many hours enjoying the hot-tub snd love the fact that it’s eco-friendly. Fibreglass liner is indeed super easy to clean, but please remember that it's chlorine-sensitive, so we always advise avoiding any chemicals (sanitisers, cleaners) that includes this material.

Excellent customer service all through…
Excellent customer service all through ordering and delivery. It’s a big delivery and ours was up a tricky driveway with a slope but the driver was determined but we still had 4 helpers to manoeuvre into final place. We’ve had the hot tub for around 10 months and we love it and use most weekends especially over winter. No issues once we sorted the filter at the start ( an email to Gardenvity and they told us what to try) so I recommend them for the quality of product and customer service.
