I use quite a few trail cameras as I have lot of wildlife visit my garden. I have specific requirements and have problems finding just the right camera to meet the requirements.

I found what I thought would be just the thing and contacted Gardepro, they replied almost instantly answering all my questions. I then purchased the camera and it was exactly what I needed and probably the simplest camera I have ever used. The quality of the video is extremely good and the sound is amazing.

I had a couple of glitches with it and contacted Gardepro, again I got the answer almost immediately, the camera has now settled down and no more glitches, so it was just adjusting to my settings.

I have to say apart from the camera being excellent the customer service is too. I got an almost instant response (even on a Sunday!!). I can't fault Gardepro at all, I'd definitely recommend them.

I was on holiday, staying in a forrest lodge in Dorset, England, looking forward to setting up my GardePro Camera, then realised I had forgotten my password. Thanks to Louella and Donna from customer services I was up and running again in no time at all. They answered my Email the very same day and gave me the help and advise I needed. I purchased the "GardePro Link 1.0 3000ft" and it was simple to set up. Easily worked with my phone, but Google Play said not compatible with my tablet. Reached out to support, and the responded within 24 hours. They let me know they were investigating and would get back to me ASAP. 2 days later they had resolved the issue and it was up and running on my tablet too.

Gardepro has been excellent with their sales and service. I highly recommend Gardepro for your Trail Camera needs. The cameras perform and work better than the name brands.

Ordered a trail camera security box from this company that was described as being fully compatible with their lineup of non-cellular trail cameras; however, what their listing failed to mention is how incredibly impractical using the security box is if you are not utilizing a cellular trail camera as its design makes it so an SD card cannot be retrieved (or settings adjusted) without completely removing the security box / camera from the tree it is mounted to. Essentially, one would either have to completely reset their camera’s positioning each time you change settings or retrieve the SD card, thus damaging photo quality and consistency, or forego locking the security box to the tree thus defeating the purpose of a security box in the first place.

Customer service acknowledges that this makes using the camera impractical and that the compatibility description is misleading, but refuses to cover shipping costs for a return. Overall their lack of regard for their customers and unwillingness to do the right thing is some the worst I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Avoid at all costs.

My daughter had an E6 WIFI cam and I started using it on a backyard critter. I went to the web site to research the latest technology GardePro had. I soon discovered the new X66 Pro and bought one with a solar, as I closed the cart on that item, I notice that I could get a better price on two so I bought the two with solar. I put them up on property that I photograph whitetail deer three different locations, there are working flawlessly, i placed near a creek where it gets guide dark, but the X66 didn’t fail me it grabbed the photo of deer in the creek at 3 in the morning. The research said it was the best night vision and I agree. The owner of the property was impressed with how the cameras work, he is looking to purchase some. I highly recommend the GardePro trail cameras.

Company refuses to refund me my money. They ignores communication. I contacted them immediately after the purchase stating I no longer needed this product so please send me a return label and I will ship it back immediately upon receipt. I have sent them proof of purchase, pictures of the unopened package, pictures of their stated money back guarantee, even highlighting their own policy. Sent product back recorded delivery and refused to take it back. Please avoid at all costs.

Terrible customer service
I bought a wifi trail cam in December 25. It stopped working properly in May and when I contacted them, though they told me to try this and that (which I'd already done before getting in touch!), once they realised it was a fault with the camera itself, they stopped all contact! No offer of a return label or replacement unit, nothing!! That's £120 down the drain!
Avoid this company like the plague!

Never buy from them. They are patented liers. They ship after one or two weeks, and do not respond to communication.

I filled a dispute through PayPal and only after they submitted a tracking number on an obscure Chinese site with only Chinese language. Lied to me that they cannot stop the shipping but I demonstrated them by translation on Google translate that they still have the item.

Vorsicht bei Bestellungen – meine Erfahrung mit GuardPro
Ich habe bei GuardPro zwei Kameras bestellt und den Betrag sofort bezahlt. Leider wurde die Ware bis heute nicht geliefert. Trotz mehrfacher Kontaktaufnahme per E-Mail erhielt ich keinerlei Antwort.

Mein Eindruck: GuardPro reagiert weder auf Anfragen noch scheint die Lieferung tatsächlich beabsichtigt zu sein. Das wirkt auf mich nicht seriös.

Ich rate allen Interessenten dringend, Vorkasse zu vermeiden und sich vor einer Bestellung über aktuelle Erfahrungen anderer Kunden zu informieren.

Sollte sich die Firma nachträglich melden und das Problem klären, bin ich bereit, meine Bewertung entsprechend zu aktualisieren – aber der aktuelle Stand ist enttäuschend und inakzeptabel.

Ich bin seit vielen Jahren Kameratester und habe mit der besten GardePro Kamera mein Test gemacht.
Die Ergebnisse waren eher sehr schlecht, vor allem für den Preis.
Ich habe mit "Serena" (Kundenservice) mehrmals E-Mails ausgetauscht, jedoch waren die Antworten äusserst Kundenunfreundlich.
Ich habe auch mit dem Geschäftsführer James Zhao aus der Retourenanschrift telefoniert.
Der teilte mir mit, das Retouren über DZF International GmbH (GardePro) nur äusserst schwierig und teuer sind, eigendlich sogar unmöglich.

Ich finde das Management von GardePro fragwürdig, da die Webseite selbst auch kein Impressum enthält.

Ich habe Schwierigkeiten mit der App und die Kamera hat bei 90% aller Videos kein Ton, sondern grausame schlechte Störgeräusche.
Habe mehrmals versucht Kontakt aufzunehmen; beim 20...ten mal wurde geantwortet ich soll das nach DZF Dortmund schicken als retour. Zu eigenen Kosten.

Habe ich gemacht, kam zurück Annahme verweigert.
