Received in a timely manner. Product easy to instal on existing equipment.
The unit I bought is too expensive for not giving me good service and every time I complain I am told that I can return for service but I will have to pay for shipping which is not even guaranteed tha... Ver mais

I ordered a hairdryer from Garfield. Salon Equipment, the company has merged with another company. And there’s no way to contact them other than driving out to the location. That’s what I did. I spoke with someone in the office and they assured me they would get back to me the next day that never happened. I gave it a week. I called back again. The gentleman answered the phone told me he’d call me back in a few minutes, that was a week ago at this point I just want A refund when you cannot contact the company and they’re not emailing or calling you back that’s not good.
I feel like I have been robbed, no correspondence no response. Very disappointed. I used to shop at this company few years back.
I don’t recommend ordering from them
Ordered my shampoo bowl replacement hoses and a week later was told they are discontinued. Paid $106-$108 each and then found the hoses on Amazon for $16!!!

I placed an order, my money was taken, my order was confirmed, and now I receive an email saying my order was canceled and was given no reason as to why.

The equipment does not work and we tried to work with the support staff, they have not been very attentive in resolving this. It was first reported on Dec 28th and still not resolved.
I recieved my product within 72 hours after placing my order!
The assembly instructions need improvement and I have an extra screw (not a Garfield issue). I was able to figure it out after finding an image of the back of the product and replicating the image.
get an East Coast distributor. 5 days is to long to wait for parts!

The unit I bought is too expensive for not giving me good service and every time I complain I am told that I can return for service but I will have to pay for shipping which is not even guaranteed that I will get the unit back, I don’t use it more than once or twice per week and sometimes not for two weeks and yet it leaks and might soon run out like the ones before which were still under warranty. This is the last one that I will be purchasing after purchasing three already since 2020. I’m trying to find another source because I’m not being compensated for my loss and I’m not confident about paying fees to return back and forth. Not fair at all.

I was impressed by a human answering the phone. I asked for tech support and, instead, she handled everything I needed. Impressive.

Called in to ask about a particular product on the website. The website did not have the color electrode I wanted. He promptly checked to see if one was in stock, and sent me a invoice for it.
So quick and efficient.

I purchased a Huntington 2 spa table and 3 months later the hydraulic cylinder broke I called customer service and was told a part would be sent out a week later it did not arrive. I called two days in a row and left messages but did not receive a return call .on the third day I did speak with someone who told me I needed to pay for the shipping of the part so I reluctantly did. I should not have to pay anything for an item that is still under warranty it should be sent at your expense or mine. I also had expenses to clean my carpet and I have to pay a person to install the new unit . The company Garfield purchase the table from should be paying the expenses due to the inferior product they constructed. The customer service though very polite was not at all good.
