Ordered a watch strap, took weeks to arrive and when it did it didnt fit the watch, despite the search for the specific watch and it stating on the packaging it was for the fenix.
I am now in 8 weeks of arguing for a refund and a stap that is too big 😡

My new strap for my Forerunner 35 didn’t fit snuggly. From reading the reviews, I panicked and thought it was a fake since it was shipped from China. However, I contacted Garmstraps and got a quick response with the promise of a refund. As promised, they were true to their word and on time with the refund.

Bought a strap a few weeks ago and has already broken, tried to contact the company no response poor quality straps that look good but don't last

I ordered two straps on a whim before checking reviews. After I had done so I checked reviews and was a little horrified to see such negativity. However, my straps have now arrived (took 2 weeks) and I am really pleased with them both. They fit perfectly, are comfortable and seem good quality.

Strap started to come off the watch easily. I realised that the clasp was starting to separate from the leather. No reply to messages. Poor quality and worse customer service.

Order took about 2 weeks to arrive, fully updated and tracked via email. Product arrived fine, looked great, no issues.

Ordered my watch strap, delivery time quoted was 4-5 days via Royal Mail Tracked. Now 17 days later, no sign of my parcel and no sign that it is even with Royal Mail, seems to be bouncing between CAINIAO and the Netherlands Post. Wish I’d read the reviews first.

The strap arrived after a couple of weeks. Not a scam.

If I could give zero stars I would. Cheap Chinese rubbish that I paid a premium for and took 6 weeks to deliver. Stay away.

I took the plunge and ordered from Garm straps and am pleased I did. The strap took maybe two weeks to arrive however when messaged to chase along I received an email in answer to my question.
The strap I ordered is good and fully functioning - my experience overall good. Thanks..

Bunch of spammers. Poor quality products that take months to arrive. Stay away.

Order never arrived, then eventually cancelled and offered refund. Still waiting...

The strap was slightly damaged in transit so I emailed them and asked if I could exchange it they replied back the same day saying disregard the damaged strap and reorder a new strap at no cost.A quality product and excellent customer service.

Don't order anything from this website, no strap, comes from china.

Really long delivery from China, wrong strap and way too big for the average person even after taken all available links out. Cheap rubbish...avoid

Ordered a strap back in June 20th , today is July 16th . Guess what no strap , wife is extremely annoyed and upset .No contact for 6 days , promised a refund , but nothing .
I would seriously consider anyone ordering from this company , they are not very good and there customer service non existent.

Do not order , go direct to Garmin or Amazon .

The watch strap is too big and I’ve asked 3 times to send it back but haven’t received any response. Wish I would’ve realised it wasn’t the official site and stayed clear.

I ordered one strap from this company. After completing the order I was sent an email offering me a second strap saying that I was ‘still’entitled to a second strap at a reduced price. I made the purchase and as advertised the discount was not applied at checkout. I then realised that the product/s when I finally received tracking telling me that both items would arrive 9-12 days after the order was processed from China. Judging by the reviews I will receive a third rate product that I won’t be satisfied with. Do not use this company as what they claim and offer is not legitimate
