I knew it wasn't a genuine Garmin strap BUT it is billed as being quick release for my Fenix 6. This is true but not in the 'Garmin' sense of quick fit....you have to take the pins out of your watch and then add the new strap so this only works if you don't want to swap straps regularly. In addition the clip keeps coming apart so I'm worried I'll lose my watch...have removed it as i run loads and won't have a watch if i keep using the strap

Wished I had checked these reviews out before I purchased. Not anywhere near genuine or even decent quality. The strap looks a feels ok but comes in a cheap package. The quick release mechanism is very weak and is very loose, it regularly comes unclipped and fails. Mine came off and lost my fenix 6 pro. I contacted the company they refunded the strap price but due to the failure of their product I’ve lost my £400 fenix, crap crap crap product.

Really quick delivery and good quality strap.

Do not order here. Delivery is still pending. No way to contact them.

Like others I thought this was a genuine site.

Thought I was buying a quick release strap for Fenix 7S. What was supplied cannot be fitted to the watch. They even provided to small screw drivers that don't fit my watch or the strap they supplied. Total rubbish and waste of money.

I am very disappointed with my order as I did not realise that this is not a genuine strap when I ordered it. Not the same material as the original was and one of the straps came off and I almost lost my watch. I just realised that this very same product could be purchased for £8 on Amazon.

Chinese based company. Does not send out product, or sends out incorrect fakes.

No customer service or post sale support.

Don't be fooled, this is NOT garmin. But a very good imitation website.
Ordered a strap 2 weeks ago, still nothing received, believed it would be 48 hour delivery.
Shouldn't have to, but I wish I'd researched better.

Absolute rip off sort of my own fault so more fool me, but was under the impression it was official garmin watch straps but clearly not 20 pound for a knock off strap !! Rip off be mayaswell spent 5pound on one off eBay ! Aviod came in a china cheap packaging also disgusting and total rip off for the price

Arrived weeks late. Didn’t fit the watch and obviously cost 5p to make. Not sure I can bothered to send back as will cost me a fortune and I doubt I’ll see the refund. Typical china quality (shi**). Usually I research stuff before I buy, lesson learned.

I placed an order which arrived quite promptly but I had to request a return as I ordered the wrong size strap. After I requested the return I received the email to say they don’t accept returns but would issue a refund for my order. I was quite sceptical but Des from customer service was very responsive and helpful. I received my refund back in my account in the timeframe they promised

Terrible do not buy from them.
They sent the wrong one and it's cheap Chinese poor quality product with a high price,
no reply to emails for returns and I will report to trading standards.
14 day returns policy it took 12 days to get the wrong item.

I thought I was ordering from Garmin but no....

I brought a strap from them, when it arrived I realised it wasn't a Garmin strap but thought I should have been more careful (their clever website gives the impression it is Gamin but at the bottom left hand corner they now say it isn't).

The strap did look good but after less than 6 months use the paint has started flaking.

I messaged the owners explaining the issue who said they only guarantee faults for 72 hours. I explained if they are a French company that they need to give a minimum of 3 years.

They replied that I could have purchased a 2 month to 1 year paid warranty when ordering but didn't. I have checked and this isn't an option today and can't recall it was then.

Anyway best avoid them, Garmin isn't that much more expensive and my Garmin strap lasted 3/4 years and was only showing signs of wear - I thought I would replace it before it broke.

Awful company, take your money, customer service is terrible!! Strap still not received after 3 weeks, yet states delivered. Nothing received, as no replies to my emails. Seriously wish I'd researched, genuinely thought it was a genuine Garmin site. Theives.

Fake marketing in France, contact number fake, goods come from China - Blk/orge & Blk/gry bands are of appalling quality, very cheap and nasty, there is a 3mm nik in the band at is weakest point making even more of a risk to use on a £800 watch, the screws that secure the clasp to the silicon band are loose and on the verge of falling out the clasp spring is weak and floppy and silicon is flimsy, I would not trust either band on my wrist. Whilst they may look nice my advice is do not even consider using these bands with your garmin, its could be a hefty price you pay for the sake of a few quid. I decided to go with Garmin genuine strap.

Barely adequate strap. Pins entirely inadequate and fall off the watch if even slightly jostled. They have allegedly accepted a return, although I doubt I'll ever see the refund. They have refused to cover shipping on a faulty item in violation of EU (them) and UK (me) consumer law. Terrible company.

Strap took less than a week to arrive good quality thick leather and fits the watch really nicely

Do not buy from this company. The strap arrived but was the wrong size. Despite emailing customer services about a refund/exchange I have heard nothing and it is nearly 3 weeks now. I have had to order a strap from elsewhere and take the hit. I did not realise the company are in China and if I had would not have used them. I will be more careful in future!
