Although 1 item was incorrect part, the delivery time (2 days) and response time in resolving the error (next day delivery) was so quick that I rate this vendor 5 star.

As usual the boiler stops when the weather takes a sharper turn for the cold.

Went onto the Web and found the parts, they stated next day delivery and there they were.

All nice a toasty again at home.

this site got lot of spares, cheep as well. try this for your needs next time round

Good web site, all the info I needed to find the right part. Cheaper than other sites and delivered very quickly. Heating all fixed, job done.

I found that the web site was very easy to use with good detailing of products available, and a well organised ordering procedure. I particularly liked the fact that discounts are offered to Gas Safe Registered engineers without having to fill in lengthy questionnaires.
The goods ordered arrive on time in suitable packaging and were of top quality.

Boiler problem, no heat. Air heating pilot wouldn't stay lit. Ordered part. Despatched the next day. Arrived the day after. Fitted. Heating working. Brilliant service including regular email updates. Will definitely use again!!

very pleased with the information given when I had to telephone with a question.

Had been led to believe by my service engineer that I might not be able to buy a replacement cover for my boiler as it was quite old and not made anymore. So I was surprised and delighted to find that not only were spare parts still available, but the cover could be delivered to my house in 24 hours. And so it was. Brilliant service and much appreciated.

The control knob that sets the heating on the boiler and made of plastic had age harden over the years and finally fell apart.

I was pleased to find that spare were still available for my ten year old boiler and the part was delivered the next day.

My only comment was that the postage equaled the price of the part so it made it a very expensive little knob.
