Webditw doesn't work.this is the first time I tried to use the website as we in Alberta are being absolutely ruined by Smith's carbon tax on fuel unfortunately the website seems to not work see picture.no prices reported

Gas Buddy shows gas prices from days ago and with the rapid rise in gas prices is useless! I used more gas driving around looking for cheap gas according to the app, but the prices were erroneous on the app. So frustrating!

THIS APP HAS BECOME A NIGHTMARE. MOTORISTS RELY ON IT FOR ACCURATE INFORMATION REGARDING FUEL PRICES IN THE AREA OF WHICH THEY ARE TRAVELLING. DESPITE NUMEROUS ATTEMPTS TO UPDATE PRICES IN THE NY METRO AREA, THE APP IMMEDIATELY REPLACES THE NEW INFORMATION WITH THE OBSOLETE PRICES. WHAT A GARBAGE APP THIS IS!

Pros: Gas prices tend to be updated frequently in my area compared to Fuelio but similar to Upside. So intend to look at Gas Buddy and Upside to choose a gas station but then record gas/mileage in Fuelio.

Cons: it's infrequent that the transaction gets posted to my account even when claiming the offer and submitting the receipt. I am able to submit most receipts but but the merchant isn't often recognized unless the logo is on the receipt.

Similar to Fetch but takes a long time to earn points. Perhaps some of the quests and surveys and games will help points accrue faster but it is a lot of effort for little benefit.

Fuelio has much better fuel tracking and stats than Gasbuddy but just doesn't have the users that I wish it had.

It doesn’t show prices for almost all the gas stations near me and very incorrect prices. I looked today and it said $3.99, I called that station and it was $4.19!! This app is the WORST

I have tried to cash out a digital gift card once i accumulated points and it does not give me a code. Tried reaching out to support and it says to wait but the points are still in my app it was never cash out. I want to get my hard working points to get paid after months of doing the work. I am so disappointed with the service no wonder it has no stars.

It used to be good. Now, 90% of my transactions are not counted, and the ones that are, are often only a few cents per gallon. It's not worth the time it takes to scan the receipt. And, snaps, those are worthless! It took me a month to earn 300 points. Do you know what that equals? 30 CENTS!!! I buy gas 2-3 times a week, averaging 8-16 gallons. I earned only $1 last month. I used to get $1-$2 per fill up!

Gas buddy app offers bonus rewards for filling up at promoted station and uploading you receipt. it HAS to be PAPER RECIEPT . REALLY?!. I have to pay by app for my gas card discount. Printers at pump are often broken or out of paper, so now you want me to go in and wait on line for receipt? Any app that is really FOR DRIVERS, BY DRIVERS would know this is an inconvienience abd unaccceptable in a digitial age. GASBUDDY is making things DIFFUCULT FOR DRIVERS Seems thery are only interested in getting referral money and getting money for selling your info then helping their subscribers

When Saturday to speedway gas was 3.49 GasBuddy offer 17 cent off so 3.22 . Put my card in then it ask for my credit card so I put my credit card in after filling my truck up went to app said I was done and it reset. I called GasBuddy right away talk to robot said they would call me in 1 or 2 days . This is third day still no call so I guess I got screwed by GasBuddy I am giving up with GasBuddy they don’t live up to what they claim. Stay away so you don’t get screwed.

They do not respond to system problems their robot sites 5 days response I still have not received a response for a month. The robot cannot provide answers. There is no phone number to call to speac to a human Appears Gas Buddy does not care about the customer and issues they have with their web sites.

Gas buddy was so amazing years ago. Accurate prices anywhere we went. Now you arrive to find different prices, closed gas stations, no gas station, inaccurate distances. We dropped our premium membership. Was greatest app and now awful. Any one at the wheel?

Well, we got off I-75 at West Branch bc Gas Buddy said the Shell station was $2.85. It was NOT. It was $3.39. Reading other reviews, I will be deleting the Gas Buddy app.

Prices are not updated frequently enough to be useful. Also find certain users are not reporting the correct price consistently. Absolutely useless anymore

Deceitful practices. Does not pay out Reward Points/Gift Cards. Spoke to customer service. Said wait a week. It's been 2 weeks. NOTHING

Even if the rewards come... it's not worth the hassle and time trying to claim your reward.

The customer service is terrible.
My card was deactivated a month ago and it has not been possible to reactivate it.

NEVER reports accurate cost of gas. ALWAYS reports Canco on Barton St Hamilton at least 3 full cents cheaper than what it actually is.
States false gas prices in city's - if u pass by or call each crntre first u will see how far off this website actually is. Don't waste ur time using it

While the app can save you money when you use it the GasBuddy MasterCard is disappointing on long trips. It doesn’t matter how long you have been a GasBuddy user you are limited to only being able to buy $100 in fuel per day. A recent trip from Michigan to North Carolina in my Pickup Truck I had to use another credit card to complete my trip as it took more than $100 in Diesel. Even today my truck was low on fuel and the pump shut off at $100 and I finished filling up with a second card. This is an inconvenience as you have to hang the pump handle up then start the process again with a different card. It would seem that with the price, especially on Diesel being so high increasing the daily fuel limit to at least $150 should make sense to even the corporate executives at GasBuddy. I am seriously considering switching to UpSide as they do limit you to 50 gallons per location which is more than my tank holds and the Daily limit is $400 not $100.

Absolutely horrible, this new card. Constantly get limit reached at the pump and I have to use a different card to finish filling my car. When you reach out to Customer Service, they asked the same questions over and over and over so it must be a bot. Done with this useless BS.

I have a new phone. My app. was transferred from my old phone & I had to login. It kept sending me in circles. I couldn’t register my gas buddy card in my account. I used their chat app they could not answer my question & stated they would have to transfer me to a tech. It asked for my credit card number & I asked how much it would cost. She said $45. I told her to for get it. It was not worth it to save 3 cents a gallon. I would rate their customer service 0 if I could..

Us to be a great app and a quick way to find low cost gas near you. Now it's bloated with self promoting ads and it loads their ads before giving any gas info. I never did get a price for gas because it kept re- directing to a promo.
