I ordered a pair of GAST Sirio optical glasses from GAST.
They arrived on time and in perfect condition.
This is the first pair of my life whitch I am totaly love with and I am wearing opticals since 1984.
Big bold chunky perfectly polished beuty.
The quality the shape and the material is spot on.
Regarding the measurementes and by blind without try is quiet simple for those who has existing frame. Use your existing frame's measurements and a littlebit magination and it works.
I got what I hoped for❣️

I am extremely disappointed with Gast regarding the refund process for the glasses I returned. I initially purchased four glasses to try different designs and decided to return three of them. I received the return label on November 15th, and the returned items were delivered back to Gast by November 21st.
Their FAQ states that refunds will be processed within five working days after receiving the returned items. However, it has been significantly longer than that, and despite my numerous attempts to reach out, I have not received any response.
This lack of communication and delay in processing my refund is completely unacceptable. I trusted Gast to handle this transaction professionally, and I am now left waiting for the refund without any acknowledgment of my inquiries.
I hope this review prompts Gast to address this issue swiftly and restore my trust in their services.

Item refunded due to their end not being able to ship it out, however money was never refunded back to me even after almost 2 months

I wanted to order a pair of glasses to Canada and had a few questions before making my purchase. I asked about the return policy for orders from Canada and requested more information about the glasses since there was only one picture on the website. Unfortunately, I never received a response.

I will update my review if they respond and I proceed with the order, and everything goes well.

I bought a pair of Gast sunglasses based on the glowing reviews I heard on you tube. Now that I have recieved them and tried them on I can confidently say these must be amongst the best bang for buck glasses out there. They positively shout quality, from the acetate frames to the top notch hinges and the anti reflective lenses. I couldn't be more pleased. I live in Canada, so I was also very impressed that they honoured the free shipping on your first order inspite of where I was in the world. Very generous that! Unfortunately my first pair 'got lost' in transit by UPS. I emailed Gast support and they sent another pair, no quibbles made. I had paid the import taxes and fees on the first pair that never arrived and so Gast paid the fees on the second pair. Top notch customer service that! Highly highly recommended. I will definitely be buying from Gast again and recommending them to all my friends

I’ve been pleased with the quality of glasses from Gast, but unfortunately, my experience with the return process has been frustrating. I initiated a return [insert time 10 days ago and haven’t received any updates or communication since. While I understand delays can happen, clearer and more timely communication would make a big difference.

The glasses are stylish & first rate. The presentation box & eyeglass case are also 1st class & it came well packaged by USPS mail. thank you so much & will order more Fast to add to my collection.

Bought a pair of LAVIVO Black which I am very happy with but customer service could be better. DHL lost the package and reaching customer service was quite tricky. However, action was swift once I was able to reach them about the lost package and they sent a replacement which came in good time.

Non-existent customer care. They claim to respond within 48 hours. I had sent them two emails enquiring about a product as I am ordering in the UK. No response. I still went ahead and purchased it as I liked it way too much. It's been a week and the status is still showing as awaiting to be packed!! And had also emailed them again with the order number as well but no response again. Only bought this as I trusted the reviews from a YouTube channel, which now I think seems to be their paid promotion partners!

I decided to return a part of my order. I sent the return request about 4 weeks ago. I got a confirmation that I would receive my return label within 15 days. I haven't got anything so far. I have sent two emails but they haven't replied.
I really don't want to give a negative comment but I don't see the way to resolve my problem.

E' gia il quarto paio di occhiali che prendo della GAST, fantastici soprattutto per la qualità della montatura, molto superiori anche ai modelli più rinomati. Aspetto ora la nuova collezione invernale

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses to be shipped to the UK about 3 weeks ago now. I have tracked the parcel and it got told by UPS that GAST haven’t provided the necessary documentation for it to be shipped to the UK so the product is still with them. I have emailed GAST 4 times for an update and still not heard back.

I purchased a product, and almost 2 weeks later the company decided to reimburse me since they were out of stock. At the time of purchase, they were in stock. I was super excited and checked every day for an update on shipping. Well, the problem is I lost money in the purchase. The waiting and later reimbursement also caused the euro to change price to the US dollar. I lost some money because of this. I’ve been emailing for at least a week with evidence of this but no reply. At least 4 emails. Disappointing! I really was excited!

Wow the quality of these frames is incredible especially for the price point equally as good as Moscot or Persol if not better. I’ve had four pairs delivered and can’t see a fault with any. I have only dropped one star because I contacted Gast twice with queries never had a response on either.

Its been a couple months now that i bought the HUG and im still blown away by how incredible it is.
Never been so happy about a product! It looks amazing, it feels amazing. The quality is outstanding. Worth every penny.
RayBan is soulless trash compared to this.
To everyone who reads this, treat yourself and get some eyewear from Gast. You wont be disappointed!

Ps: even the case you get with you glasses is top notch. Not your ordinary cheap soft bag but a leather (or leather like) hard case.
Everything about Gast screams QUALITY and LOVE.
