Spotlessly clean, comfortable, parking price is very good compared to others. Staff go out of their way to help you. I have very weak legs and they rearranged things so that I could have a ground floor room. They lifted my suitcase out of my car, then put it back when I returned. I have used them for over 10 years.Highly recommended

The Gatwick Turret was an excellent place to stay, the host was very good and helpful, the situation close to both town and the airport were ideal, I would stay there again.

Highly recommended, I stayed here for 4 consecutive weeks while on training nearby and everything was faultless.
A choice of continental or full cooked breakfast, both perfect to ready me for intense days of training, also handy to have on-site parking. Horley is 5 minutes walk and countless options for an evening meal, Chinese, Indian, Turkish and Italian restaurants, all of which are good quality.
Clean and tidy ensuite room and could not ask anymore from the always on hand helpful staff, thank you Angie and Angela, I will be back for more training soon and will only have one call to make my reservations, many thanks again until the next time 😊

I have stayed at the Gatwick Turret a few times, and have already booked my next stay. Nothing is too much trouble for them, and all the staff are very friendly and helpful.The en-suite rooms are lovely and comfortable, complete with a complimentary tea/coffee tray. The cooked breakfast is lovely and well cooked, and complimented by a continental breakfast table for anyone with a smaller appetite.

We have stayed at this Guest House several times over the last 25 years on our way to the West Indies and have always enjoyed a warm welcome, a nice room and wholesome breakfast ... and on-site parking during our absence with short transits to both North and South Terminals .... and all at competitive and affordable prices too. They certainly know how to run an efficient family business without the need for outside help. I would unreservedly recommend the Gatwick Turret.

My son and I stayed for two single nights in July 2019 either side of a night in Nottingham. We were given a family room for both nights which was absolutely ideal for our requirements (travelling back to Australia with lots of luggage). The proprietor and her staff were absolutely lovely. All were very helpful, polite and courteous. Due to travelling arrangements/schedule we didn't get the opportunity to sample the breakfast but managed to take advantage of their 'airport transfer' facility to London Gatwick. I thoroughly recommend the Gatwick Turret Guest House.

First time staying in a guest house rather than one of the big hotels. Friendly, comfortable, great price (inc parking) and accommodating. 5 minutes drive to the North terminal and the staff were happy to book a taxi for us and give us a back up taxi number .. just in case!

Places to eat if you need dinner are easy to find and just a 5 minute walk down the road.

Needed some night time milk for my toddler which they were happy to provide upon asking late at night.

Transfer back to the guest house after our holiday was faultless.

Would recommend and will be staying here next time.

Easy, reasonably priced, great location, friendly staff, perfect room and bathroom. Everything was wonderful, quiet, and easy.
