Great shoes & very helpful customer service.

Firstly, WOW!
I have worn barefoot shoes for around a year now and after starting a new job where safety shoes was necessary, I did a lot of research and found Gaucho Ninja.
I have owned the safety trainers for around 6 months now and I purposefully waited to do my review to ensure it was a fully tested and honest review.
I can honestly say, after wearing these 5 days a week for 6 months, these shoes are just as comfortable as the day I put them on for the first time.
They have a very spacious toe box and after slipping them on, banging them on all sorts and wearing them in rain and shine, they are incredibly durable and so comfortable.
On a side note, the customer service i received when purchasing the shoes was second to none! I remember speaking via email to a lady named Karen and she was so professional, so kind and a credit to the team.
I simply cannot recommend these shoes and this company enough. I will not buy safety boots from anywhere else now and hopefully their range of non safety shoes increases and I would love to try a pair of those!
Lastly, I want to just say thank you. Mainly for your incredibly comfortable and stylish shoes, but also to your team and their sincerity and manner in which they deal with customers.

I have recently purchased my second pair of Gaucho Ninja boots. I have XW forefeet and need to wear safety boots for +12hr shifts.

These are perfect for me as the anti puncture sole provides enough support to stop discomfort when going up and down ladders, whilst being super flexible and comfortable for all day wearing.

I love both pairs of boots I have purchased from Gaucho Ninja, but the customer service in particular has been impeccable.

I came across Gaucho Ninja by accident when looking for barefoot shoes by another manufacturer, I am delighted that I did.
I recieved my black Barefoot Boots Pals exceptionally fast and they are fantastic. On the foot they feel like an expensive pair of leather gloves. The toe 'box' is perfect, the soft but supportive leather is of a quality that I thought didn't existed these days.
If you want a pair of shoes, unlike any other, I urge you to buy. I thoroughly recommend Gaucho Ninja. For me they are beyond exceptional.
An added bonus is the superb customer service,and value for money.

ordered on sunday 09/11/2025 paid express shipping for 09/11/2025 showed as delivered 4 hours from me now getting redirected from 12th showing as royal mail awaiting package from ninja gaucho. hasnt changed statius till 13th november 7pm. have even emailed on contacts email plus tried calling and even sending whatsapp message no response in 3 days buyer beaware. have the cheek in tongue to send me an offer of 5% off for next shop

Great comfortable barefoot shoes! True to size.

My job changed the requirements for shoes suddenly and the team at Gaucho have an exceptional option available for people seeking a barefoot shoe with the safety features of a work boot, in my opinion they knocked it out of the park. I reached out to inquire about when a size would be back in stock after looking around online for anything that would meet the safety requirements but still allow me to continue wearing a barefoot style shoe, Karen the online representative got back to me quickly and was professional in her response, explaining the time window when the size would be back in stock and sure enough a few weeks later they were. The Gaucho sneaky ninjas arrived exactly when stated via DHL and I am very impressed by the craftsmanship, a sleek low profile shoe in matte black with a stellar safety rating, I was worried that due to the style of shoe with a safety toe cap that they would be uncomfortable for a while at the minimum but to my surprise they fit my feet very well and were only mildly uncomfortable for the first day and after that they felt great and look so slick in my opinion. If your you're looking a safety shoe that doesn't compromise your barefoot lifestyle I would highly recommend giving these a try, and thanks to the Gaucho Team for providing a quality safety shoe that allows me to continue my job and maintain my lifestyle.

I recently bought some Gaucho Ninja steel toe cap carpenter boots. I have tried several barefoot shoes, finding none comfortable and the sole too thin for real world pavements, concrete floors. I also dont like trainer type shoes due to the synthetic material always making my feet feel really hot and uncomfortable.
The Gaucho Ninja boots are great, oozing quality with fine leather and a Goodyear welted sole that is just right for the barefoot experience and still cushioned enough for solid hard floors and they look great with a utility come fashion look that suits a work or play situation. Being leather they are really comfy and will look better with age, I'm sure they will last many years.

I cannot believe how amazing the steel toe boots are! I have very short and very wide feet and work shoes have been a nightmare. I was told that I was going to need my feet scanned and wear orthotics. At that point I was coming home from work crying in pain. I decided that there needed to be another solution and found barefoot shoes. I ordered Birkenstock work boots from Spain because they cannot be found in the US. It completely resolved the pain in my feet but I felt like the sole was too thin for cement floors. I work around pallets and power jacks and I didn’t feel like my feet were protected enough. I was amazed at the quality just unboxing my new Ninja shoes. The leather is rich and strong but at the same time it’s extremely comfortable. Now I have worn my boots to work for several days with complete comfort. I feel like the sole is a much better fit for concrete floor and my joints are happy. Many of us get hurt by aluminum racks as we pull them behind us and our heels hit the heavy rack. I have done it many times and it happened again while I was wearing my new boots. The way they are constructed protected my foot 100% and it was the first time I had no pain and no bruising. I’m so grateful for all the effort that has gone into the making of the boots! They make my job possible, literally!

Great boots, very good quality and craftsmanship. They fit well and have enough room in extra wide option. Sturdy but not too stiff. The team is also very kind and helpful and resolved the issue I had with my first pair very fast.
I would definitely recommend and would buy again.

Empecé a usar barefoots de Gaucho Ninja y poco a poco siento que mis pies sólo quieren usar sus zapatos, porque se han abierto y estirado ampliando su flexibilidad y necesidad de estar aún más cómoda, tocando el piso de verdad. I love my Gaucho Ninja Goodyear Welted boots and since I adjusted to wearing barefoot shoes I have been wearing them almost all the time. I find them extremely comfortable and love the quality of the leather.

I have several of Gaucho Ninja shoes my most recent ones are a beautiful pair of Sneaky Ninjas, I love these shoes, they are super comfortable and look so classy, they are great casual wear and look just as fabulous when I’m dressed up.
I love my pals, I use them for dancing as they are so soft and flexible. Since wearing Gaucho Ninjas shoes my feet have changed for the better. I was starting to get a bunion and it’s so much better.
Gaucho Ninjas are such a pleasure to deal with, they are a great company.

My shell cordovan boots are incredibly comfortable and the leather just gets more beautiful the more I wear them.
I can walk in them through woodland and up hills and they keep the water out and grip well.
They support my posture and remind me not to lean onto the inside of my feet that I have a tendency to do.
The best boots ever.
