The product is not as advertised, it’s terrible quality and nothing like what’s on their website!

I raised a claim through PayPal as the seller refused to refund. After a lot of back and forth, returning the item and the seller saying they haven’t received it just so they could keep my money, I’ve now proven that I have returned it and they’ve received it and got my money back.

THE PRODUCT/COMPANY IS ADVERTISED AS BEING IN THE USA BUT THEY ARE IN VIETNAM! RETURN ADDRESS IS IN VIETNAM!

FIGHT TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK THROUGH PAYPAL OR YOUR BANK BECAUSE YOU CAN WIN LIKE I DID!

If I had the option to give zero stars I would!

I bought a Manchester city hoodie.very happy with the quality,size and delivery. I'm going to order more and hope I'm as lucky again. I read the other reviews and was skeptical but took a chance.

This company advertise. American style hoodies. They are a thin material and don't look as good as they do in the pictures. Personally , I would give it one star because I do like the design , but unfortunately , it is just a thin cheap product. I consider a American style hoodie to be thick, heavy and durable. This product is anything but.... it's a shame really as I think it's a very good idea if the product was a thicker material.

False advertising. Faulty products. Poor quality. The products you receive are not the same as what is advertised in the images on the website.
PayPal were useless and only agreed for me to get money back if I ship back to where the seller request in Vietnam! Over £50 postage to be paid by me. The address they want you to send to is..

returns.
Joke really as the company pretend to be a UK company and give a UK address. They know it will cost you so much to return .

Don't buy . Pay pal didn't help. This website just con money of you .

Apologies for being a sceptic reading all the reviews, received my top which is great. Had sent a few emails asking coz of some bad reviews, it did take a while to come but eventually received. I understand the angst but OK in the end. Happy with the goods received. Thanks.

Never got my product. Basically they told me it’s my fault since it said it got delivered. I’ve ordered close to 100 products over the the last year. This is the only product that has said has been delivered I haven’t gotten. Their service sucks and I have no way of proving i did not get the product so it’s my fault, this company sucks.

I am now having to go down the route of a chargeback from my bank and pass details over to trading standards.

Stay clear of this company it won't end well.

Steer clear! Really poor quality. Nylon type hoodie not very thick. Images printed on are equally poor quality. I suspect the image on the website is AI. It has been stitched using white cotton as opposed to black for a black hoodie so can see the stitching. This adds to the overall poor quality and making it look cheap. Worth £20 at most - not the £40 paid. Despite stating it’s based in the US is clearly from China.

not sure about the product as not recieved it. been with courier Evri for over 10 days and cant find it. but the problem is the customer service side from the company. just got an email back saying. Just be patient. appalling
