Product is exactly as described and well made. Shipping was quick considering products are not made until order is placed.

Price point is high even for quality. An additional $1.65 was withdrawn from my account after the authorized price of product and shipping had been withdrawn. Stating “international charge,” this was not authorized and not disclosed prior to purchase.

Overall: unique product, quality material, and comfort I am pleased. Additional charge on top of highly priced product/shipping not so happy.

There was a mixup on my address and my order was sent elsewhere, probably because of some oversight on my part. I reported that and GearBunch was very understanding and rushed a replacement right away. I really appreciate the care that was shown.

Fabric is super soft, well made, good fit, lots of choice of prints. Made and delivered quickly. Have purchased many pairs of leggings from your collection

I love the colors. The Fabric is nice. The fit is a little off with me. I am 5'11" have 30 inch waist and 37 hips. I purchased smalls. they have good compression in the thighs and calfs but feel a little loose in the hip area. They also fit me like capris. I need at least 3 more inches of length in the legs 32 inseam.

Great quality yoga gear and it's not hot fabric so you can wear it in hot yoga or worm climates and it doesn't create a lot of heat.

The customer service I received was great! And when I received my new leggings in the mail, I absolutely loved them. I would recommend the yoga leggings if you want more coverage for the midsection, they have a higher rise versus the regular leggings, which have a lower rise. The only complaint I have, is that they are a bit spendy $$$. I’m going to have to wait for sale before I can buy more.

I absolutely love GearBunch leggings! They are the softest, most fun & long lasting leggings I have ever owned. I definitely recommend them for hot yoga, running or every day use.

The website was very user friendly as they displayed all pattern options for the leggings I wanted.

Ordering is simple, and as long as you understand they make everything to order, the shipping time is acceptable!

Gearbunch leggings are excellent quality, extremely comfortable, and perfectly supporting. I love all the unique designs and prints. I always get a ton of compliments when I wear gearbunch, leggings, and folks end up asking where I got them and order them for themselves. I have several pairs of leggings, capris, and bike shorts.

I originally placed order #95465 on May 4, 2023 for two pairs of tights. I was supposed to get a free hat with the order. I purchased the extra shipping protection.

The tracking showed that the order was delivered on May 13th. However, I never received the order. I tried to call customer support several times only to get a voicemail saying that "all our customer support specialists are busy right now. Rather than keep you on hold, please leave your email address and we will respond within 24 hours." I left my email and got no response. I called and left my email several more times and got no response

Then I emailed gearbunch customer support several times telling them that the order had not been received and to please replace it since I had added the shipping protection to my order. I kept getting emails back from several different people (Dan, Mildred) saying that the tracking showed the package as delivered and had I checked with my local post office? I kept emailing back stating that yes I had checked with my post office and no the package had NOT been delivered.

They did not agree to replace the order until I threatened to dispute the charge with my credit card company on May 24. I finally received the replacement order on May 30th - nearly a month after originally placing the order. However, they only sent the two tights; they did not include the free Gear Bunch hat that I was supposed to get. I emailed again, asking that the hat be sent. No response. I emailed again. This time Mildred responded stating that she had "forwarded this to our production manager marked as urgent." I emailed several more times regarding the hat and have gotten no response whatsoever.

So then I wrote to Dan Nikas, the president and founder of the company about this, and got no response from him either!

On July 23, I received an email from Dan at customer support saying "it seems your request was lost in the system" and that they were sending me the hat. So I did finally get the hat.

At this point I had spent an inordinate amount of time and frustration sending emails into apparent limbo - first just trying to get my original order, and then trying to get my hat. I have always loved the Gearbunch brand, but I am loath to order again when your customer service is so terrible. And when someone calls the customer service number, a real person should answer, or at least call back. If no one is ever going to answer the customer service line, then why do you even have a phone number listed?

9/11/23: Gear Bunch posted a very short reply saying they were sorry, but didn't offer any information about upgrading their customer service. Lame!

Ordered leggings on 11/22, then it was Thanksgiving and by 12/2 I tried to return them as they are thin, like silkscreen patterns and terrible unflattering. Poor quality for 52.99. I own tons of fitness leggings from all sorts of companies I was told (3 days later) I was outside the 7 day return window-that is just not acceptible in this day and age. Buyer beware!!

BEWARE! Impossible to get ahold of anyone. If you order from this company it’s impossible to return or exchange an item. I needed to exchange an item because it was too big and I went through the website to do so. I never received an email with how to return the item in order to exchange it so I had no way of knowing how to go about doing it. Then I had another item that was holiday which was too big as well and I asked if I could exchange them. I called multiple times they will not call you back! And if you email them they won’t get back to you for several days. They strung me along for so long that it went past the 10 day mark and now I’m stuck with $250 worth of items that I can’t wear. I will be contacting my bank to try to get my money back.

I ordered three pairs I’d leggings all I’m a small. When I got them all too small so I ordered medium. I have tried fir 3 months to get a response from you to be able to return the three pair of small. The mediums fit good. This is a dissatisfied customer who has always ordered from you. I need someone to reach out so I can get a refund for three pairs!!!!!! The links do not work on your app. I have left messages for 3 months on your recording, no one ever answers. This is so wrong. I would appreciate some help! 1-815-543-2250.
