Geargb Avaliações

Having a bespoke requirement to fit a generator to the underside of a heritage railway carriage, GearGB couldn't be more helpful in answering endless questions relating to our project. As a result, we received the appropriate generator on time and hassle free. A big thank you to the team at GearGB for their endless patience.

I received an excellent service from GearGB when purchasing a Honda EU22i generator, i even got a courtesy call the morning after ordering to confirm it was the correct generator for my needs.

Delivery was tracked next day with no hold ups.

Thanks GearGB.

Great company to deal with, excellent communication, very competitive pricing, flexible and very customer focused.
Look no further for your generator spares.

Ordered 3 service packs for my generator, next day dispatch with a follow up email saying 2 fuel filters were out of stock and due in 3 weeks.

All good thanks for the heads up. I then lost a gasket ‘cos I’m special like that and again a quick email to Gear Gb’s Adam and they were added to my soon to be delivered filters.

Very highly recommended.

Rob was a pleasure to deal with and our order was received the following day. All completely stress free, will definitely use again when the occasion requires. Well done!

Very helpful at all stages from helping to select the most appropriate generator, converting to LPG, flexible delivery, great communications and helping sort those extra connections I needed to connect this to my bulk LPG supply.

Always helpful on the phone, knowledgeable, supportive and a pleasure to do business with. I recommend them very highly.

Great service. They gave good advice on the telephone which helped me finalise my choice of generator. They supplied it within a couple of days and it arrived fully assembled and with oil in the crankcase. Thank you. Couldn't ask for a better dealer.

Can’t complain about this company one bit! Adam resolved an issue with my order with professionalism and civility! A pleasure to do business with and he also gave me excellent advice before I made my decision to purchase. Totally recommend if great service is your thing!

Needed this machine quick, a Baumax dumper truck, so a very large item for delivery. E-mailed Gear GB and advised needed for a job. They called me to advise that they would do what they could to help to expedite delivery, and item arrived mid-morning next day, a day early. Their response to my request was top class customer service and helped me out tremendously.

Just purchased a Honda EU20i from GearGB and I cannot recommend them enough. From my initial phone call to going into store to collect the friendly service and advice was 5*
The guys clearly know what they are talking about and took the time to talk me through all of the features and how to setup the generator! I will be back to utilise the servicing department in the future!
