The Mug looks great, but needed one last look before mailing.
The Mug looks great, but there was a resin-type drip residue on the inside that was brown. I could not get it off with dawn soap or cleaning vinegar, but I was finally able to get it off with gas. I would have been embarrassed if I had the gift mailed to my friend directly.

Quality of print is on point and looks…
Quality of print is on point and looks amazing. My legal name is spelled with two m’s and was afraid maybe it would come shipped “corrected” Not the case, came spelled correctly as I typed it. Every detail in the canvas was also correct as there was about 18 customizations.

Terrible - Stay Away!
Terrible. Just Terrible. They screwed up my order and refused to fix it. The canvas I ordered came without the words on it. I simply switched the word Cat to Dog on a canvas since its an option and it removed ALL of the words. I just wanted the one word changed as the website would lead you to believe. Stay away and find a different company.
