Excellent service from start to finish! Clearly experienced in trade quickly identified our needs via phone and e mail comems and item dispatched quickly for receipt whilst we were away. Reasonably priced for such a niche market. Would absolutely recommend.

Quality product at a fair price with prompt delivery.

I was very relieved to be able to identify the right gearhanger. It arrived promptly.

Big fan of GearMechHanger. Used them before and will do again. Top quality products that fit at least as well as OEM and frequently " better " ..
The pilo milled part I ordered has been made subtly longer than the OEM to provide increased mech reach... Brilliant idea.

Great customer service when I mistakenly order the wrong hanger. Andy was very helpful to arrange the correct item and send straight out. Great quality product.

Brilliant exerience. Everything went nice and smooth. Totally recommend. They know what they are doing and this saved my frame. A lot of appreciations.

Easy to use website and quick delivery too.
A comprehensive selection of parts 👌 i will definitely use again.

Sent an email with photos explaining that I have broken and lost my mech hanger. Andy was very helpful in knowing what part I needed. Thank you.

Excellent service all round. The web site is very clear and well documented making it much easier to negotiate the bewildering variety of hangers and find the right one. They had an OEM version for my Cube e-bike but I chose to buy the CNC machined one which is fantastic quality and fitted perfectly.
