No problems here
When I got the Vitus Substance steel in October 2019, the mech hanger to fit the complicated shape wasn't available. Fortunately it is now. Prompt delivery.

Only place to go for Mech Hangers
I always buy a spare mech hanger for s new bike, and I always go straight to gearmchhanger.com as they are very reliable, ha e a great range of stock, and manage to index almost all the myriad options brought out by the bike industry in a way that makes it pretty eash to find the one you want. Absolutely no need to even consider gojng anywhere else with s resource like this.

Great service
Great service. Spoke to Andy on the phone as I wasn't sure which part I needed for my Kona Esatto. Had a wee tumble and broke the hanger. Andy said to send photos which I did. Got a perfect match and was dispatched immediately to N.Ireland and received 2 days later. Perfect fit! Andy was very helpful and I can recommend highly his proctor and service. Thank you.

Cheers Andy for a great service. It took a bit of faffing trying to get logged on, but I think that was user error and you're help I got there in the end. Thank you for the great service.
