On my initial order i had put down Staff Sergeant as the rank for my flag purchase thinking that an E-6 in the Airforce was the same as E-6 in the Army. But to my suprise, it is not, therefore the flag arrived with the wrong rank on it, (NO MISTAKE BY THE COMPANY) The flag was beautiful, upon finding out the mistake, I contacted the Company by Email and was speaking back and forth with a very nice Lady (Lisa). She understood MY mistake and the company is sending me a new flag with the correct rank for a small packing an shipping fee. Lisa was and is a very professional REP for the company and made my experience a very calming one. I commend her professional dealing of the situation and will be ordering more product in the future. Fellow Vets...I bought a Tshirt from Gearvet. They are the real deal. A reputable company. My Tshirt was of good quality and very satisfied with my purchase. Give them a shot. You wont be sorry.

The first hat I received was awesome. Unfortunately, I when I initially approved my request I did not see that the last name was spelled incorrectly.
When I contacted customer service, acknowledged that it was my error, customer service rep Lisa informed me they would replace the hat for a small fee, which I gladly accepted the offer.

I ordered one of the marine corps jackets for my husband for Christmas. I ordered his normal size but when the jacket arrived it was too large for him. I contacted Gearvet customer service, Amber, on January 5, 2026and she immediately agreed to send a replacement jacket. I can't say enough about Gearvet and their customer service. They truly believe in putting the customer first. My husband & I truly loved the jacket and really hoped to be able to replace it. Do not hesitate to order from this company. The jacket is beautiful and the quality is amazing. Thank you for all your assistance.

We tracked our order and found that our order was delivered to North Dakota. We live in Evansville Indiana. After contact with the company it was explained to us that there was a mistake in tracking and were assured that our order was still on it’s way. Sure enough it was delivered in a matter of days and just what we wanted.

Exceeded my expectations! We had a sizing issue and they didn’t ask any questions. They insisted on making it right and sent us the right size asap. Will be back!

I am in customer service and I must say Mia has been nothing but helpful. I tried to surprise my AirForceWifey veteran hubby with a bomber jacket. Great customers service

I made the problem by ordering the wrong branch of service. Ordered Army for my 90 years old father in law hewas in air force. They fixed it right away. Then noticed wrong name for hat and they fixed it also. This has been the best experience with their customer service.

Gearvet customer service is extremely helpful and responsive. We submitted a photo for a custom ornament, but we apparently weren't clear enough about which parts of the photo to include. The ornament turned out very nice but not what we had expected (for the photo; everything else was as listed in the description). Lisa let us know that they will send a replacement with the updated photo customization. Thank you Lisa and Gearvet!

Wow! What a great company!! Ordered 2 items, a cap and a phone case for my husband. The phone case did not work, probably due to my error, but Gearvet corrected it for me. The cap was perfect!! He has worn it everyday everywhere we go!
